Failed to successfully deliver my order, I have never received it, yet they won’t refund me because they claim my address was incomplete- my address at checkout was complete. Absolute scam. Will take legal actions. Customer service advisers have zero knowledge. Robotic replies only. Awful.

my favorite store.
I love Urban Outfitters especially because of their baby tee's. They always look really flattering especially because of their cool prints and colors, while still being comfortable.
I've also purchased a bunch of other things like jackets, jeans, caps and long-sleeves which are all of very high quality.
The service was always amazing for me, online or at the store. Always friendly staff or super easy guidelines.
All in all my favorite store for statement pieces or basics.

Item quality was so poor. Materials are so cheap. The fabric was also very loud. And over all the designs were very ugly in person.

Took too long and the wrong item was delivered
My order took over 2 weeks and when it was delivered it was the wrong skirt. Had to pay extra for the shipping back to the company. After that it wasn’t available on the website anymore. Waited so long and gave me nothing.

I absolutely love that for once it’s not like all fashion stores, there’s really theme and a decoration that’s been thought of and that’s awesome. The clothes collections are WONDERFUL and genuinely all so pretty. And for once all the clothes aren’t made in china and it’s good.
