Tibor is always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and provides an excellent service to site.

Paul Levy came in today and was on-site early, got straight to work, and completed the work with great results, Lawn cuts across the grounds to a high-level, exceptional work. This was the final Urban Planters visit to site as the contract ends next week, But they went out on a top level performance, and Paul is very friendly and professional, who, in retrospect, I should have requested as a main gardener last year.

We have used Urban Planters for a few years now and have always been happy with the service. The displays are beautiful and growing nicely. Kim is so lovely and always happy to help with any questions we have about our plants care :)

Jo Clark from Urban Planters provides maintenance for the plants in our London Cooper Parry office, and she does an amazing job every single time. She’s always smiling, friendly, and genuinely happy to be here, which makes her visits a pleasure for everyone in the office.

Jo consistently takes great care of all the plants and clearly takes pride in her work. She’s also very attentive, whenever we raise any issues or concerns, she listens carefully and makes sure everything is sorted quickly and properly.

Our site operative Paul Phillips is great, he has introduced lots of wildlife habitats to the the site using items that were to be disposed of and the site is kept in immaculate condition. He does a great job looking after large grounds all on his own.

We use Urban Planters as our plant supplier and maintenance company for our office and their service is great, communication is spot on and the team know what they're doing when it comes to plants.

Nigel Andrews, the Plant Health Technician who visits our office, is excellent and it is always a pleasure to have him here. Since he began caring for the plants, they have remained in outstanding condition. Nigel is consistently helpful and accommodating whenever we request any changes.

Older man driving the work company van, DV75 PPX, nearly caused a crash on the motorway after flashing his high beams and then doing indecent hand gestures as he sped off over the limit.
