Lovely ladies,( Jade/ Bex ) really pleased with our living wall.
Very attentive and always offer advise. The wall is amazing and we always get positive comments. A real talking point.

The floral display in B23 sets a lovely tone to the building, a real feel good factor and Becca is always very pleasant to deal with.

We have been working with Urban Plants for the past three year in our office in the city, and I find the company very responsive to any questions or concerns we may have. Their customer service is excellent, and our regular technician, Katie Mullins, is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for your service; you make our office a better place with all the beautiful plants surrounding us.

Following the transfer of our Grounds Maintenance Contract to Urban Planters, our Grounds are looking 100% better thanks to Andy and Anthony. What a team they are, they consistently work their socks off and have turned our site around. Andy and Ant are worth their weight in gold and I can't thank them enough.

The engineer that attends our site is always helpful and goes the extra mile. Engineer name is Jade.

After a number of years having the same person looking after our plants we were a little unsure when Jade took over but that was quickly settled. Jade is fantastic, quickly sorts any issues with the internal plant displays and they are clearly treated well and it visibly shows.

I have rarely met two more enthusiastic and committed workers as James and Spencer. They are knowledgeable, polite and hardworking and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. In only a handful of visits they have revitalised the site.

We are so grateful for the exceptional service provided by Urban Planters. They have always been incredibly hands-on and responsive to every request we make. Massive thank you to Jane and Holli. Most recently, we reached out to them for a donation of plant cuttings to celebrate Earth Day with our occupiers, allowing everyone to adopt their own little plant, and they went above and beyond!

James, the technician, was especially kind and thoughtful. He not only brought us a beautiful selection of healthy, vibrant plants that brought smiles to everyone’s faces, but he also provided soil to help us get started with planting. It made the event even more special and meaningful.

In general, the team maintains the plants in our building to a very high standard, they're always thriving and add so much life to the space. We truly appreciate how helpful, friendly, and proactive they are. It's a pleasure working with them, and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provide.

Urban Planters have been attending to our lovely office plants for some time now, and are always cheery.
Today, 30/04/2025, we had a visit from UP colleague Nicola Maddy. Nicola was super nice, chayty and friendly, and we got to taliking about the positive benefits of having real plants in the workspace, both for mental health and environmental reasons. She claerly loves what she does, and this came across today, she's a real asset to Urban Planters....looking forward to seeing her again, here at Buckles Law, Nottingham.

We rely on Urban Planters for our internal and external plants and have consistently been impressed with their proactive, professional, and friendly team. We highly recommend them.

Our experience with Urban Planters has always been extremely positive. Our site is overseen by James Welsh and his colleagues and nothing is ever too much for them. We get repeated comments on how well looked after the landscape areas are and they always clean up at the back of themselves. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other businesses.

We are so happy with our experience of Urban Planters. Our plants always look lovely and Polly is so knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to have in the office when doing her maintenance visits.

The team comprising of Garry, Phil and Andy who came to site to install our plants were so professional. They took our induction with the seriousness of people that truly care. While on site they were very tidy and eager to ensure what they had been tasked to do still what was needed and were proactive in ensuring there was little disruption to the office. I would happy have these guys back to work here again

In our new building for the past 3 years, Mark from Urban planters has been exceptional, professional and passionate about making our indoor plants a key part of the comfortable indoor working environment.

fantastic company & team, Roger and his team at Urban Planters Leicester are really passionate about their plants, their super greenery makes our building a happier place to be. this shows in their staffs' attitude, nothing is too much trouble. experts in all flora & forna. Mark Gittings looks after our buildings plants, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
Val looks after our Reception displays, we receive so many compliments about them.
