Urbansuite is an outstanding furniture shop with an exceptional eye for quality and design. The brands they carry are truly amazing—every piece feels carefully curated, stylish, and built to last. We purchased furniture for both our living room and bedroom and couldn’t be happier with the result. A special mention goes to Simona, the designer, who made the entire experience seamless and inspiring. She even came to our place to better understand the space and personally designed a beautiful, custom shoe cabinet for us. Her professionalism, creativity, and constant support truly set her apart. She listened closely, offered thoughtful ideas, and guided every decision with confidence and care. The final result exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for beautiful furniture and expert design guidance in London, Urbansuite is a must—ask for Simona!

My wife and I are extremely happy with our experience with Urbansuite. Every stage, from design to installation, went smoothly. Simona went above and beyonf to find the best solution for our space and needs. She personally came to our home and designed a bookshelf that fits the room perfectly, after checking that the wall could sustain its weight. Not only did she advise us on the ideal dimenions, but she also helped us choose the best colour combination. The final result is outstanding. A special mention goes to Bogdan, the fitter, who was incredibly kind and highly skilled. Overall, we are very satisfied with Simona and Urbasuite, and we warmly recommend both. Daniele

Lots of choice, help and support from Ali and Howard in finding us bedroom furniture to match our new bed. Superb quality furniture and help in delivering the items for us. Also an impressive showroom for ideas etc. Definitely recommend.

My purchase of Pablo lighting hasn't gone as planned. I received the product and soon after it stopped working . I reported it to team, who contacted Pablo and I was told they will post a replacement part. Two months have passed and I have not received the part yet. I keep on chasing and nothing . I am out-of-pocket , they have not issued a refund on the defective product (which is under 1-year warranty) , not have I received a part.

Also, the product was delivered to me by Urbansuite (I do not drive). They suggested to carry it and take it back to the showroom. Its is nearly 2m tall and a heavy item.

Overall a very disappointing experience dealing with this company. They have provided a very poor after-sales service and I don't have a solution yet .

Recently purchased Desalto table and chairs from Urbansuite. Service was very good, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Pricing was really good. Delivery was professional and first class. Would highly recommend. A great store, go and take a look.

I bought two ex-display barstools online and the staff were very helpful. The stools were to be shipped to Indianapolis, Indiana, USA and the person(s) that helped me went above and beyond to get the two stools packed, shipped as soon as the the items were paid. The international shipping rate was reasonable and the stools arrived within 7 days which was faster and more affordable in terms of the stools cost with the shipping compared to purchasing them domestically. Thank you very much, the stools are amazing and perfect.

They were great from the initial advice to resolving the problem with my table after it was delivered. Very friendly and understanding throughout. They always responded quickly to my queries and the price they were offering was the best.
The only minor niggle was the initial delivery was a bit confusing as they were using a third party (I think their own drivers were off with COVID).

I will be more than happy to purchase from them again. They have nice products at competitive prices and superb customer service.

I ordered a side table by glas italia. I received an excellent customer service and all my queries were answered promptly. The delivery was on time and delivery men helped me inspect the the table and it was perfect.

I couldn't fault the service I received in store but the delivery was a completely different matter. The furniture was simply dumped in my living room by a delivery company who didn't unpack it let alone assemble it. There were no instructions how to assemble the pieces but fortunately I managed to work that out.
