Awful online service

Made 3 orders with this company, all 3 orders got messed up somehow, i'm still waiting on the refund of the last one. Customer service is extremely unprofessional too.

Unvollständige Lieferung/ guter Service

Not everything arrived when I ordered. The shop made a real effort to rectify the problem and even delivered a new one in the end.

Really good company and business…

Really good company and business ethics! I have ordered a box of 100 actitube charcoal filters and few rolling papers. I received my orders in less than 48 hours. Everything I ordered came perfectly with some extra gifts, I received an juicy jays hemp paper and pre rolled joint tube!! I am very happy with the purchase and will buy again from them! I strongly recommend.

One of the best online shopping…

One of the best online shopping experiences! Not only is the site user friendly and clear, the customer service and delivery is exceptional. My emails are answered same day, they even called me when they didn’t have a product I wanted, but offered an equal or better alternative. Communication is great, especially about payments received and delivery and best of all, my products were delivered within just 2 days! Will keep shopping here.
