Unreliable service, poor follow-up, rude staff at airport

URoaming wifi for Thailand

U for unreliable, unusable and unhappy

I paid for a wifi router while I was in Thailand for 10 days. All was good for the first 24 hours, then the unit reset itself.

It continued to reset itself, around 90 times a day, for the remaining trip, burning through two battery packs a day (which usually fully charge an iPhone four times each) and only being usable for 5 minutes at a time before,,, it reset itself and I was offline.

I ended up paying for another roaming device so I could do my work.

On returning the device I need to wait 14 days for a data report before I can claim a refund.

If you want stable wifi, DO NOT use URoaming in Hong Kong airport.
