I received the AllTone™ Pro EMS Trainer and the device did not work at all. The remote powered on but the device did nothing. I contacted the company immediately, within days of receiving, and they asked for description of dissatisfaction and video which I again immediately provided. They again requested a description and video again and again seeming that this is a scam and no refund or replacement will be issued.

I don’t like leaving a review but consumers need to know when ordering this product.
Was so excited when I ordered the alltone Pro EMS on May 11, 2025
And now it’s July 5, 2025
Still waiting for my product.
Paid in full through installment plan and they keep saying it’s getting ready to ship.
There’s no way this site is legit
How long does it take to ship a product?
