Ordered a nice looking cake and got a crappy one

Ordered a cake worth of $25 and the cake that was sent is crap. I am not sure why they would ask for flavor while ordering a cake if they are going to send some random junk. I want to see management of this company to eat that cake. These things will be impressive if they deliver things at door in time. Instead, the delivery boy called and asked us to pickup from where he is. I will never ever order from this site again. If you think a place is remote then tell customers before that you will not be able to deliver the right cake. Don't just send some random cake when people are ordering a nice looking cake with good flavors.

I paid for items worth $78 to be sent …

I paid for items worth $78 to be sent to my brother for rakhi. I placed the order well ahead of time (Mid of July 2017)
all that was delivered was one box of sweets, two cheap rakhis and rice in plastic pouches
The was no tikka box, or thali or the dry fruit box or mix sweets
The delivery boy told that they received intimation to deliver on the afternoon of 7th August.
Will never deal with such fraudster who use auspicious occasion to make money
Will never buy and will ensure to spread the message

Mental torture!!

On Mother'sday, I ordered flowers and cake. After I got ordered, I got email saying order not placed. So ordered again. Again i got an email saying order not placed. Again I placed order. The website made fool out of me. Finally, for two orders , it took money from my credit card.After, I called customer service and I got cancellation of duplicate order, still I got billed in my credit card. Atleast, I'm waiting for store credit.
Lastly, it's all about trust, customer service people, don't even apologize for their mistake. And telecommunications people bother in phone before every event. PLEASE PUT US2Guntur number in don't call list. They least care of customers.POOR, POOR SERVICE!!!!!

We are surprised to see your reviews on the cancellation of your duplicate order. As assured the duplicate order was cancelled and refunded, though the order was delivered. When you place valid orders, you would be charged automatically initially by payment gateway, but after cancellation of duplicate order, amount was refunded & it would take little time to effect refund transaction in your statement for international transaction. We sent emails also to you with details clearly. You received the automated email for invalid order for the failed transaction only and you can check with order Nos. Our customer support also clarified the same. It is very easy to spread a negative word about service industry, but it takes a lot to understand . Please do not order

I ordered a cake for my Mother in India, well in advance (5 days before her birthday). These guys, took forever to send it. The time slot they provided was 9 am to 6 pm. It's been 10 pm in the night and the cake has not been delivered yet. Super annoyed with their service. Upon asking, they keep saying they are unable to reach the delivery guy and his team. What the hell does that even mean???? What are we supposed to do. My family waited for 4 hrs for you to deliver and went out for dinner at 10 pm. How disappointing!!!! Extremely annoyed with them.

My first experience with us2guntur …

My first experience with us2guntur service started way back in 2004 and since then used a few times, again I used their service this month (ORDER # 974081) with no setbacks. I received a proper communication and answered all my questions with great customer care. My order status was updated under my account profile. I recommend their service to try and experience customer care.
I read many reviews, if us2guntur management can acknowledge and address to provide a better service for all those unsatisfied customers and for all prospective customers it would serve a better link to connect west to east. Hope to see many more positive experiences.

Worst service

I order cake , Normally the cake value may be rs 400. But I paid $25 in rupees 1600.00. But these people didn't deliver the cake on specified date and even they didn't call me and update me the reason. I gave my phone number.
today I was talking to customer service, no proper response.

Order Cancelled and Refunded:

Customer placed order for same day for different items for 25$ (2 kg cake and other items). Customer placed order to remote place (not in our destinations) by selecting Podili as ship city. As it is not possible for us to deliver to remote place on same day, we informed to customer. As customer want same day only, we cancelled the order and refunded.

We are surprised to this kind of complaint from this customer. Services are sincere and there will be lot of hardwork required to process these kind of perishable items to these places. we appreciate customers, who can understand our sincerity, rather than throwing stones for no mistake.

Good customer service and on time Delivery

Let me share some thoughts about the customer service.
I contacted the customer service through Live Chat and representative answered in less than 2 minutes. They were very prompt and clear in their response. Based on the chat i placed the order and they assured it would be taken care of delivery on time. As assured they have delivered it on time. I placed the order at 10:00 AM in the morning for an egg less cake and it was delivered before 6:00 PM on same day. My mother in law was surprised and pretty happy to see the cake being delivered in short span of time frame.

Messed up the names on the cake, Twice!! They made it worse!

This places is a JOKE! A cake was ordered for my sister's wedding, with the clear message to mention the boy's (Anup) & girl's (Jotika) name.
Several hours later, they deliver the cake with 'Congratulations Hotels & Anup' written on it! Yes you read that right! My sister's fairly common south Indian name, Jotika, became 'Hotels'.
When we complained, the guy went and brought an icing gun and wrote 'HOTTEST & Anup!' - seriously!! I can hardly believe this as I'm typing it out!

Such a waste of time, effort and money. Can Not believe this place calls itself a legitimate business!

It was mistake from our Bakers and we apologize for it.

Though, we get it corrected on same day and re-delivered, recipients asked to bring cake after 2 days as the event was after 2 days. Though, it was a loss for us, we got another fresh cake prepared and got it delivered to customers to the satisfaction.

Delivering fresh items is effort of hundreds of vendors and rarely mistakes happens, however, we take full responsibility and get those corrected to the satisfaction of customers.

Took money, no cake delivered

I would not recommend anyone to order from us2guntur.com. I placed order on august 14th for rakhi delivery. My account was charged for money the next day. My family did not get anything. Now I am calling them, emailing and trying to get a hold of them for 3 days to get a refund.
Why would a company charge money from account and then cancel the order? Why do they have so many cities listed if they cannot provide timely service.
Dont waste your time with this website.

Order cancelled and Refunded

While placing orders, it gets charged automatically. If order is cancelled subsequently, refund is processed and that amount will come back to customer. This is a automated process and there is no follow up required from customers for refund. During Rakhi time, as it will be hectic, it might take 2 days to clear, but, each cancelled order gets refunded, irrespective of cancellation reasons.

If any item is not delivered on time, it will be subsequently delivered or refunded as per our system. we are pretty sure, order would have been subsequently processed to the satisfaction of customers. Customers using this kind of terms cheaters will hurt feelings for sincere service providers like us.

We recommend customers to report the problem to us and it will SURELY be addressed as we are committed service providers.

Very Bad service, they never deliver it on time. :(

This is regarding order number:931435 I ordered flowers and small laughing buddha for my brother's house warming event and I scheduled it for 9am-12 noon, they called my sister in law in the morning and didn't showed up, it's almost night there but they didn't deliver the flowers, I called the customer service and asked them to cancel the order, seems like they can't cancel the order at this time, If you can not place the order by right time, Please let us know earlier, Don't play with our emotions and happiness, We selected you to make our people happy by sending wishes through you, You guys disappointed us. When I told them its 3rd time it happened, they will check your account and see whether you are telling correct or not, they are chances of ordering it from different account, Same thing happened for my husband on our engagement, My Bad I trusted them again.. Please don't let them spoil your occasions again and again.

Even though he didn't showed up. Spreading negative word is not the way you should response, nobody is here to spread a negative word.

We are very sorry for the delay caused in your order delivery due to address issues. As the mentioned place Serilingampally is very huge area and the land marks also not available in the order form, we have sent it in BHEL route plan. But when our executive called up the recipients from BHEL, we came to know that it was at Gachibowli side. As the items procured again, it took time for us to organize this order in the next route again and all the way we have sent in the evening schedule. Though the selected time range is not chargeable and we do not want to give any excuses, we have still sent the order on the scheduled date only.

Your previous order was on Rakhi day which we do not have any time based deliveries on event days and we did not observe any complaint on that.

It is very easy to spread negative word about service industry, but it takes a lot to understand. We sincerely tried our best for your order on the event day. You can check the time schedules & the promptness on regular days, rather than on event days.

Very bad service, ruined our family occasion

This is regarding Order# 907793, I have placed the order (cake and flowers for house warming occasion) and requested them to deliver it from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, they said they could not do that deliver it in that time frame as they need to time to prepare it. They said they can deliver it between 9 am till 12 noon. Our family occasion also happens during that time and I have placed the order as per their suggested time frame.

I have called my family to enquire if they have received the gift, to my surprise they never got any calls or received any gifts I have ordered. When I contacted us2guntur they agreed they did not deliver it. They also said they are willing to deliver it later in the night. I was shocked by the service. If you can't deliver something on the time frame you agreed on, you should tell your customer upfront. I would have happily chosen a different servicer. Very disappointed with what they did here. I told them to cancel the cake as it's a large cake meant to be served to all guests at the occasion from 9 till 12. All guests left at 1. There is no point in having it delivered.

Unbelievable service. Never again I will place an order with these guys.

Hi Mahesh, we received your order on 18th Night to ongole for delivery on 19th. System did not accept your order for 6am-9am, as more time required to organise in morning. That day at Ongole, there was a serious power problem and the bakery could not able to operate on that till 3 PM.

As you are aware, we have to depend on vendors for delivery of fresh cakes (we deliver fresh cakes only). Due to the power problem, this order could not be delivered in time and same was communicated and offered to deliver in the evening as per the confirmation of Bakery.

As you were not interested in evening delivery, total order value has been refunded back to your account on the same day.

As it is service industry working with 100s of vendors, we request you to understand practical problems. WE ALWAYS SINCERELY DO OUR BEST TO DELIVER ALL ORDERS IN TIME AND OUR IN-TIME DELIVERY PERCENTAGE IS 99.9%.

U2guntur - Shabby service

I had ordered for Birthday card + watch + Flowers + Desk Stand for my 80 year old father. They did deliver all on time. However, the Desk Stand they gave had a love message for a young couple and not for a birthday to a senior citizen. We reported it right then, and the response was, it'll be replaced within the next 24 to 48 hours. After a week of no response, called back and the response was it'll be again delivered in the next 24 hours. Nothing happened in 24 hours. After couple of more 24 hours, there was an email from Us2Guntur stating they've replaced the item, which was a true lie, since it was not replaced at all. When again called, they said they'll get that taken care of in the next 24 hours. I dont know why their standard response of responding within 24 hours has never been kept, atleast in my case. I'm truly disappointed with their service.

Item you ordered : Green Park - Hyderabad - Dinner Veg/Non-Veg. Culinary Cascade Buffet Dinner at Hotel Green Park Tulips restaurant - Hyderabad. Price /head.

Item clearly states that, it is per head. Occasion you selected in Order form is "General". Ordered item has been delivered as per the order one quantity of Dinner Voucher. Though, you came through links of wedding gifts section, you actually ordered from Hyderabad Exclusives --> Party Vouchers section. Most importantly, item clearly stated that it is PER HEAD.

When you wrote to us on this, we responded back on same day (even though, you complained after 3 months of delivery). These kind of vouchers are procured from Hotel and we only deliver. Green park voucher should be used within validity period and it is also mentioned on voucher and on website.

Overall, There is no mistake from our end. Same item delivered as per the order. WE ARE SINCERELY WORKING PROFESSIONAL WEBSITE DOING BEST SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS. HOPE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND.

Very Bad experience

I order(Order#819500) one Black forest cake for my parents anniversary. I ordered Express delivery. They gave spoiled cake and my parents got sick by eating that cake. This is the worst site i ever saw. I made 4 to 5 orders before. All were delayed and not reached in time. Very bad service and very worst experience with these guys. Not encourage anyone to use this site.

This order was delivered as per the schedule. Against complaint as per customer choice, we have sent a complimentary cake to recipients. while taking feedback from recipients, we observed that, they kept the cake in freezer for long hours before and they felt as slightly hard than usual. There was no health problem and recipients also surprised about re-delivery. We verified your account and observed it is your third order. Previous orders were also placed for 9-12 Noon delivery and they have been exactly delivered before 12 Noon.

Overall, we are surprised with your complaint. however, we have sent a complimentary cake to recipients and checked their feedback. They expressed satisfaction over the cake.

I had ordered for a cake on 9th August!!! (Order number: 795366)
It was not delivered! These guys did not even bother to inform me that the cake was not delivered!
I was assuming that my sisters received it!
I had to call the customer service to know what actually happened! I hence shifted my order from 9th Aug to 23rd August!! Raja/Prasad- both useless customer service personnel were supposed to let me know which cakes are available! They did not get back to me for 1 week!!
They should have atleast bothered to inform their customers!! Either place my cake order OR return my money!

Destination given in the order is distant place from Mumbai and selected specific shape cake is not possible. After receiving order, same has been communicated to customer through different mails. Customer came back to us on 21st and re-scheduled for 23rd. As per the request, it has been delivered on 23rd. Problem could be not observing the mails sent by us.

Cheating! Frauds.

I ordered for a black forest cake but was given some old pastry kind of cake and it seemed to be expired. The item description was cake + 50 red rose flowers + foreign chocolates + greeting card. There were only 15 flowers arranged in a very poor manner. There were only local cheap chocolates. There was no greeting card at all. My personal message was typed in a A4 sheet! Terrible service. I will never use it and ask my friends not to use it. Simply cheating.

Not satisfied, Strongly recommend different site.

Not satisfied at all. There were lots of complication during the delivery day. And there payment process sucks; your bank will charge you international transaction. They don't offer Google checkout or pay-pal, at-least. And its been 6 days after delivery and I haven't got my digital photos yet which were suppose to be uploaded with in 24Hr, and every time I contact the customer service I get the same response "tomorrow", and that tomorrow never came.
