Bought the Elder Mason's Battlecoat recently. I am very pleased with the quality of the product. It looks good, feels good and it functions beautifully as a bulwark against the cold. I might even go so far to say that it instills a level of confidence when one puts it on. Not to mention the very reasonable prices.

Service was fast and efficient, my order arrived much sooner than expected. Any inquiries were met with helpful replies. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Love my new jacket. Very retro look. Bought a small one and had to get a larger size but they offered a discount for the second one. I’m giving the smaller one as a gift to a friend. Good customer service. Answered my questions fast. Will buy from them again.

I ordered a jacket that was reminiscent of Ryan Gosling's jacket from the movie "Drive". It was sent quickly (especially considering the current COVID situation) and had a nice satin material. Unfortunately, the jacket was a bit too big but I can easily get it tailored. Customer support allowed me to keep the jacket and also provided a partial refund. A great company all around!

Product was as the description says, but fitting was‘nt exactly - but customer care is excellent and the shipping process of a new product was immideatly done! Perfect!

The cost I bought is a great design, fits well and is well made. Even better than expected. Delivery was very quick and customer service was great.

The jacket I bought was too small for advertised size. I contracted customer service and the larger size was immediately sent to me. The quality of the jacket is very good and it wears well. The customer service is excellent. I am very pleased with my experience

After a slight delay in processing, a choice I was asked to make regarding my jacket, the order was completed and delivered in record time! Jacket fits well, looks to be made very well and has produced an all around great experience. Customer support was outstanding, they asked me for a clarification and answered some of my questios throughout the process quickly and accurately. There are a lot of fly by night operations out there but this isn't one of them. Thanks!

Their customer service was wonderful and very responsive. Sadly, the jacket's sleeves were too small for my son (he's been lifting weights), but the jacket was very nice and of high quality. He was very sad that it didn't work out.

I'm a little perplexed by the "refund" process as the shipping to get the jacket back is a little pricey, but they offered many options to try and make the situation "right" and have a happy customer.

They have a very interesting selection of items.

I ordered two items. I liked one, but the second did not look like the photos (bulkier). It took a while to get them to accept a return (hence dropping one star) but they eventually did (hence the four stars).

They would get so much more repeat business if they were friendlier with returns

The jacket is really excellent quality! My wife loves it. We bought the Rising Sun Stumptown jacket. Will likely buy more for some friends.

I've updated this review from 1 star, since the company tried to work with me. I ordered the The Knight Before Christmas Brooke Coat on 12/27/2019 for over $100. The coat itself looked good and fit well. I didn't wear it extensively until just after the 30-day period, because we had an unusually warm winter. After the first two days of wearing it, I learned that the material in the jacket BLEEDS, as it was leaving a red residue all over my neck. When I initially contacted USA Jacket about the flawed product on 2/7/2020, they would not offer me a return or exchange, because I was about 10 days out of the 30-day window. They offered me nothing initially.

I was unhappy with their response, so I quickly contacted my credit card company and also left a negative review here. I also responded to USA Jacket telling them why I thought their response was wrong. After that, they offered me $60 (almost half the price of the coat) as an apology, provided that I consider updating my review. I continued to ask for a full refund, considering the fact that the coat material bled color, and I offered to return the coat. Although they were responsive, these emails took time, since it appears we are in very different time zones. After a few rounds of emails, they offered me a full refund, less a service fee of about $19, if I would consider revising my review of their company. I had to pay the return shipping out of pocket with no reimbursement for shipping. The jacket shipped from overseas (Karachi, I believe), but I successfully shipped it back to a U.S. city according to their instructions.

This company cares about their customer reviews. It is clear to me that if I had not reviewed them negatively, I would have simply lost the money and ended up with a coat I couldn't wear. Because I wrote the review, returned the product, and eventually updated my review, I believe USA Jacket would have refunded the full amount except for the $19 service fee, but in the end we learned that our credit card company took care of it, so that I did recover the full cost. My credit card company did not give me an indication that they were going to deduct the charge so quickly. If USA Jacket had initially offered to help after my first email, I suppose I would not have contacted the credit card company, and they would have been able to collect their service fee once I returned the jacket for a refund.

Now I'm not really obligated to update my review, but I chose to give a fair, thorough review of my dealings with the company, since my initial review only mentioned the first response from the company. I originally ordered from USA Jacket because of the unique style of the coat they offered. So if they have an item you really like, you have to weigh your options and definitely try the item extensively BEFORE the 30-day period is over. If you're unfortunate enough to find a problem after 30 days has passed, the company will respond, but prepare yourself for a long, time-consuming process.

I ordered the jacket after seeing it on an actress on TV. The jacket arrived quickly and was exactly as described, Unfortunately, the fit was not flattering on me and I had to return it. I contacted support and Lisa A was very helpful in processing my refund quickly.
