Great to receive good old- fashioned service from a source I can trust. It is fair to say I could have got the products cheaper direct from China, but I know how risky and time-consuming that can be. Richard was attentive, flexible and receptive at all times.
You may be interested to know that I run training programmes on "customer excellence" and this has given me another positive example to use. (It is much easier to obtain negative examples)

Tried & Tested nutrient management have been using USB trader for a couple of years now. This isn't a review based on 1 or 2 experiences. It's based on 1000's of USB sticks populated with our information on a regular request basis, and they haven't let us down once. Nor have we had any complaints about a memory stick not functioning. This makes life so much easier and helps my organisation retain a great reputation too.
