I wish there was an option for a ZERO because thats what they deserve!!! They promised me pickup "by morning" from a gas station where one of our vehicles was broken down and I even was in contact with the gas station. This awful company called me the next morning and said they had somebody that could pick it up right away but said they needed an extra $200 on delivery via CashApp??? (I had already paid half which was $150 of $300) and at this point I didn't have a choice so I said ok.....I kept calling that after noon as my shop never got the car.....TWO DAYS LATER this transport company shows up and the car by now had been impounded costing me another $765!!! Then the transport company they hired tried to charge me a "dry run fee" which I calmly declined! They have since said they'd refund my $150 TWICE in the last two weeks and its never happened and they hang up (when they actually answer) every time I call??? PLEASE DONT USE THIS PATHETIC SCAM ARTIST COMPANY!!!!!

I recently shipped my car through US Car-Go Freight and worked with Adam as my representative. Adam was responsive, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. The carrier arranged by US Car-Go Freight was also professional and easy to communicate with. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

​US Car-Go Freight Logistics is a predatory broker company that uses deceptive contracts to trap you and steal your money. I placed an order with them to move a vehicle locally in Arizona. They quoted a total of $250 and took a $100 deposit.
​Once they get your signature, you are trapped. If you read their fine print, their price is completely "non-binding" and they can raise it whenever they want. But if YOU want to cancel because they aren't doing their job, they charge you a ridiculous $200 "cancellation processing fee"—which is MORE than the actual deposit you paid!
​They also threaten you in their contract, saying they will fine you up to $750 if you try to dispute the charge with your credit card company. They know exactly what they are doing: they give you a low price to get your deposit, lock you into a nightmare contract, and then make it impossible to get your money back.
​They are unprofessional, unreliable, and operate like absolute scam artists. Save yourself the massive headache and use a reputable, legitimate transport company instead. Avoid US Car-Go Freight at all costs!

I had a really smooth experience with this car transport service. The driver kept me updated, arrived right on time, and handled my car with care. The whole process was quick, professional, and stress-free. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable transport.

Shipped our 2024 Ford F150 from Palm Harbor FL to Denver CO. The team handled everything starting with a call from Katie. Admittedly, I as very nervous as I have never shipped a vehicle, but everything went very smooth and the truck arrived at the destination right on schedule.

I have never shipped a vehicle before but I recently purchased a 2026 Ram 2500 limited from a dealership in Florida. After contacting Us Cargo freight, within 3 days they had a driver for me. The driver promised delivery within a week and he delivered. Great service and they always communicated very well with many follow ups. Will definitely use them again if the situation comes up

I had an average experience having a vehicle shipped. A rep named Ryan helped me find a reasonable price for the shipping and it was very fast. I received my truck in less than a week without problems. “Ryan” was there to help me every step of the way. He conveniently kept me updated via text.

Samantha was my customer service rep and she was absolutely amazing. She communicated with me frequently and I genuinely felt that she was doing her best to find me a reputable carrier on short notice. I researched many brokers and finally settled on Us Cargo freight because of their customer service. My car arrived just fine and sooner than the estimated time frame! The move was from Virginia to Washington and I feel I payed a fair price.

We used Us cargo freight to ship a Honda Passport from Milwaukee to Seattle area, which was the first time we'd ever shipped a car. Ben of Us cargo freight did a great job of educating us on the process and answering any questions I had. Everything went well, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The cost was approximately $1400 for the open transport.

I’m so happy…and relieved. In an industry full of scammers, US CAR-GO FREIGHT LOGISTICS is the one company I trust. They were in frequent communication with me during the scheduling process, then put me in direct contact with my driver, who kept me up to speed the entire time. They have a great reputation among the independent drivers, so they arrange legitimate transport for your vehicle. The one thing to be aware of is an unavoidable part of the industry — they can quote you what they think the price will be, but depending on fuel prices, driver availability, logistics, etc., the drivers may demand a higher price. So instead of shopping around for the lowest quote, just understand that every broker is at the mercy of the drivers. So pick a company you can trust, because they will find you the best price and best, most trusted driver. I’ve read the reviews that complain about price changes and scheduling difficulties — that’s out of their control. And anyone who says they couldn’t get ahold of them after booking must have been doing something wrong, because I had constant communication with them and the driver. I’ll never look anywhere else again.

They are nothing but liars. They called me and said that they have a ready driver in the area and will take the car today or tomorrow. I signed a digital document and paid 200 dollars and will pay other 300 fror the driver when i have the car. BUT did not work for sure! Every single day in the week i asked what is going on? Every time they found another story! I asked my money back. They said that when i sign the document i agreed them to cut the money! I talked to my lawyer. He is working on the file. He will take his money from them. He will apply to finish their business complaining the state and boards. We need to fight with these kind of scammers and unprofessional companies. I just see that they said it is not confirmed order! It is the order nıumber #30930326-CG I paid 207 dollars from FL to VA ship 2006 Scion XB car. Still trying to be a liar! Shame on them.

This company named Us Cargo Freight is a complete scam and scrap. They have a call centre based in India and probably seen US only in movies. They have no knowledge of transportation industry of the US. They just give low ball quotes to the customer just to get the deposit out of their pocket and they ghosted. Do Not Use this company, I've used twice this past year and both times the price was not honored which I was contracted for. In both cases they got back to me past the deadline pick up date and claimed they were having issues getting drivers, so instead of $600 (in both cases) I ended up paying more than $1,100 to get my car picked up and delivered. The second time it was three days after the contracted date. Do NOT trust! These are brokers and really bad ones. And refused any type of refund at all.

People working in the Us Cargo Freight uses fake names like Katie, Samantha, Ryan and many more. They are not their actual names. As they are based in India and operate from their 200%. They don’t have any knowledge of the US transport industry. They are just Scamming the hard earned money of the US Citizens. So, beware of of these scam artists. Book with some American company even if you are paying more. Just do not do business with them. Scammers. They have their call centre based in India as using American number by using a software. Beware!! Scam Alert

DO NOT US THIS COMPANY. They took a deposit and then never delivered or picked up the car. No response from them on any refund. Had to find a different delivery option only after accumulating storage fees that would not have occurred if the would have picked up the car when scheduled.

I would not recommend this company, they quoted me all inclusive deliver to Houston, TX $650, I paid $250 down (24-Mar-2026, the when they scheduled the pickup, they told me the balance was $700? I called and talked to their sales person, they said it was an estimate but I have all the documentation and texts that said it was all inclusive and the balance was $400. They lied, I requested a refund and also disputed the charges when I did not get the refund even when they said they would. I provided all the documentation to the credit card company to follow up on the disputed charge. I took off one day just for them to pickup the car but it was a waste of time.

I have spent the better part of 2 days with them giving me the runaway with no communication.
When I called the main customer service line, I was told “ it looks like the driver was assigned and is running behind, he is currently in NAPLES,FL and will most likely pick up in the morning” I ask that the summary of the call be sent to me over email, he assured me he would and will have the agent in charge of my booking KATIE call me first thing when she is back in office at 8:30. I thanked him, ask that the email be sent again. I never received an email and did not hear from Katie. I called at around 9:45am, no answer from Katie, I called the main customer service line and got patch through to her at which point she said ‘give me 1hr and I will honestly get back to you’ I sent follow up, nothing. Took me some time again to be able to reach someone, when I finally got Katie on the line at 2:41pm, she said I could not get a driver, the only one I could get and is ready to pick up will be $1000 upon delivery, that’s in addition to what I’ve already paid. And not to mention 3x what was suppose to be paid. At this point, I’ve canceled my flight because prior to booking she guaranteed my preferred date which past. She went on to say I had no other choice I could go and call other places and it would be the same price. Now please I understand as much as the next person, I actually needed the car picked up but the switch really grated my nerves. If it’s $1000,$15000,$2000 say so from the get go, and lastly 1 person told me a driver was assigned already and would pick up in the morning, and now suddenly there was never a driver and this driver is asking $1000 cash.
I highlighted for her that I’ve had to basically track her down to do lack of communication, I’ve spent what amounted to hours on hold waiting just to get some news, it is unprofessional and all for her to say they basically cannot deliver. What reason do I have to actually believe this person again?! The lack of transparency and the fact that when I was trying to book, responses came fast and I was getting calls, but once I booked and money out of my account, no communication, and I basically have to wait hours on hold. Either way I said I wasn’t comfortable moving forward and that I would need a refund. I ask for a summary of my call AGAIN, to be sent via email for reference. She stated the only email I will be getting is from the accounting team once they were ready to process my refund, and that it could take some times. After which she HUNG UP! Hung up on a customer. Most places required about 7days business days to process refund and I will give as much before I file my complaint with the Better business bureau. I sent an email to customer service but whether they take any of that serious I have no idea. But gosh this was such terrible experience.
