Bus was on time; driver was helpful and personable!

Bus driver was right on time, services were as described and everything was pretty smooth. Only issue is the website is not the most user-friendly, but if you can get past that the actual service is great!

I was going to use the company for our wedding, but we had to change services. The Company promptly refunded us in full to our original payment method without any pushback. Recommended for bus services.

The Perfect Day
Our bus event up to San Francisco for a very special ordination for our Deacon from our Parish was so exciting and fun and totally pleasant. Our driver was magnificent and his driving was so easy and well done. He knew the best way to get to our destination and was right there and ready to go after our event was over. Everything was perfect and I would use a bus from US Coachways anytime.Great communication, beautiful buses and all was just so well done.Thank you US Coachways!

A contracted bus for a return trip never showed.
They were unable to supply a substitute bus, and they also refused to fully refund their broken contract.
Over $1000 in uber fees were incurred instead, and a lovely night turned into a major headache.
Beware!

This company is a scam. They canceled on us a day before our event and have yet to give us a word on when we will get our $4,000 back. Will not respond to our numerous attempts to resolve. They have an F on the BBB. AVOID!

The vendor I expected was not the vendor I received, Tom emailed me a different vender the bus we received was white in color, not black as the picture showed in the email I received from Tom.

The bus air conditioning system was not working it went out the first day of our trip. The seats was soaked in water from the air conditioning above the seats, The air conditioning unit was putting our toxic fumes. The children's was in distress screaming my mother and uncle who suffer from heart disease was overwhelmed with bus being so humid.

The bus that was sent to pick up our group was dirty filthy, the toilet wasn’t empty we had to request them to dump it. The bus was in bad shape was old not maintenance.

The upper head lights and units over the seats didn’t work.

The drivers did nothing to resolve or try to fix the issue. They had no reply or response on what needed to be done to fix.

I contacted Coach-way to get a resolution multiple times with emails and contacting dispatch. Dispatch was suppose to contact me back twice which they failed to do I had to contact them both times and demand a resolution that was never resolved.

The air conditioner not working in extreme heat of over 100 degrees should be a emergency situation that should of had a quick resolution, my husband seen our family was in heat distress the babies were screaming from being over heated. We had to continue to monitor our elder family members due to how hot the bus was .
He went to fix the breaker box which fixed the lights and upper head blowers. 30 mins into the trip after being fixed the air conditioning fumes were coming into the bus again which caused the driver to shut off the blowers.

Both drivers were indulging in alcohol and marijuana during our trip.
The drivers had no knowledge on the functions of the bus.
The drivers were courteous and respectful but had little to no knowledge about the bus systems

Our church hired this bus from MD to NY. The bus has no seat belt, the bus is so old that it was making terrible noise throughout the journey. This is a 4hrs+ drive one way with 45 of us in the bus. the worst part, it was hot in the afternoon when traveling back and the AC was not working, a little hole above the roof was opened for air. It was terrible. I was stressed and have headache.
Run! Run! Run! Away. Terrible service but good driver.

Pedro was early for our event and communicated very well with our staff. He patiently waited for us to load the bus, got us to our event early, and picked us up on time for our 2nd stop. His attention to detail and customer service were both excellent!

The driver was 45 minutes late and our faculty member had to guide him where to go during the trip. It's frustrating to be on a student trip and have to spend time providing directions to the driver who should really know and map out the route prior to the trip. We more than likely will not book with US Coachways again.

Our experience with this company has been the worst. first, the driver was late. The bus sent was filthy, had bad a/c, and made so much noise we thought it was going to fall apart. The bus broke down twice, and our seniors and kids had to wait under the rain and cold, for a mechanic because Coachways dispatchers refused to send us a new bus and to transfer our call to a manager. We were supposed to have headed out at 6 PM and we ended up heading out at 12 midnight. I filed a formal complaint as well, let's see if someone answers. I gave it one star because the system doesn't let me give zero.

Everything went very smoothly. No glitches. Students and chaperones happy with trip.

US Coachways provided me excellent service. They knew the destination that we were traveling to, They were also familiar with the surrounding restaurants. My driver was very courteous and helpful to my group and it was a very nice up to date clean bus.

Reasonably priced. Clean new bus. Friendly, helpful, driver. Right on time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED AND NEVER RETURN YOUR MONEY!! WE BOOKED TWO BUSES TO TAKE 100 PEOPLE TO A RACE EARLY IN THE MORNING AND THEY CANCELLED ON US THE NIGHT BEFORE AT 1030 PM. NUMEROUS CONTACTS TO GET A REFUND FELL ON DEAF EARS. ONLY WHEN THREATENED WITH A LAWSUIT DID WE FINALLY GET THEIR ATTENTION. US COACHWAYS, YOU SUCK!!
