Reason the score was low was due to the…
Reason the score was low was due to the fact I loaded photos to the website put did not appear on the website.
There was an issue with the website and took several days to resolve.
In the mean time,no calls about the car as no one could see the add.
The money was refunded,to be fair as a result

Used Cars NI can only give the INFORMATION PASSED unto them.
Used Cars NI is a very useful site for to get to know what cars are available for sale BUT according to the sellers, if you can believe them, it is not very accurate in the information given within the site.
In the last 2 months I was looking for a particular make and model of car, and because of the advertisements within Used Cars NI . com, I traveled 30 to 40 mile, on two different days to see 2 cars and when I got there the car available was not that, that was advertised, nor was the car PHOTOS, the correct photos of the car, therefore making me think it was not so much Used Cars NI's fault, but the fault of the dealer, therefore wasting my time, energy and fuel, and also off my wife's time.
I think and learnt very quickly, before going to view a vehicle, make a telephone call AND DISCUSS the vehicle IN DETAIL with the dealer before going.

You cannot search by number of seats
You cannot search by number of seats. E.g. If a customer is looking for a 7 seater they have to go and look at model by model. Site needs another option to search by seats.
