EXTREMELY STRONG WARNING (Maximum Safe Intensity)

Be very careful with this company.
The reviews on their website did not match my experience in any way.
What I received and the service I got were completely different from the positive image their site tries to present.
I strongly recommend relying only on independent reviews and real customer feedback before making any decision.
In my opinion, buyers should approach this company with serious caution. harry and his brotherThey are cowboy and comes from cheap family.

Booked to view a machine, Stopped answering phone when i arrived at site

Booked to view a machine, spent 2 hours driving there, for Harry to stop answering his phone (already spoke to him twice that day) when I arrived at the agreed time and place. What a joke, stay well clear, can't believe a real business would behave this way!

No customer service at all !

No customer service at all !!
I bought a brand new NFM food processor from Harry and when I needed support for technical problems there was no one there for me. not to say that I paid for a 30L machine and got only a 20L machine instead.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.
