Good service + Good VPN. Most of the articles are there but not all even for recent ones. Not sure if this has to do with caching but I usually just wait for a couple weeks, return, and I'm good. I would've liked a newsfeed reader thing but I found one that wasn't expensive. I don't use the VPN often but your pairing with VPN is great actually!

My biggest dislike is inconsistent transfer speeds. About 90% of the time they start high and quickly dwindle down. I have checked my 1Gig connection speed when this occurs from the same device and determined that my connection is not the issue.

Clear Notification Policies: Implement a clear and transparent notification policy for all account changes, including price adjustments. Sending an email notification at least 30 days prior to renewal would be a good practice.
Customer Service: Enhance customer service by providing prompt and helpful responses to inquiries about billing and subscription issues. An accessible and responsive support team can make a big difference in customer satisfaction.

Can't log into their site. Can't open a ticket because of an IP block. Requests information to get back that you can only get from LOGGING INTO THEIR SITE. Support has been useless. You'd think a login and password would be enough to get the ball rolling but I don't think support wants to do their job.
