Wheelhouse is extremely beneficial for me as a property manager. They have helped secure bookings at unbelievable rates. Allowing wheelhouse to control pricing in future months, helps me concentrate on the month at hand. This is beyond helpful, even with just 2 properties to manage.
Wheelhouse will only become more and more useful as I continue to grow as a property manager.

I decided to switch my dynamic pricing software to wheelhouse when I realized that I was spending too much time trying to nail a base price. It took less than an hour to set up, but it could be minutes if you just use all of the defaults.

The main point I want to get across here is that, since switching I have received an inquiry every day. My occupancy was increased over night.
