First tech was unable to solve problem quickly so he sent email asking for me to provide time/days I would be available. Roderick, the second tech called in one of the time windows I requested. I showed him problem and after a quick analysis, he solved the problem and even more important, he showed me how to fix it when it happens again.
Once I was able to get the advanced tech, the problem was quickly fixed as I knew it would be. However, it took me the second day with much anger to get the advanced tech to call.
Jermy helped me resolve my issue within seconds and was very friendly and respectful the whole time.
