I bought a Utechsmart 11-in-1 USB-C hub…

I bought a Utechsmart 11-in-1 USB-C hub little under a year ago. It was quirky right from the start, but then started randomly unmounting hard drives connected thru it. Recently got to a point where it gave power error messages with only a keyboard connected to it.
Terrible product, and even worse customer support.
Left two messages thru their web site which have gone unanswered. can't even tell if they went thru when submitted. No contact phone numbers. Nothing!
