Disappointing
Ordered a red tool trolley. Received an orange tool trolley. Took two days to recieve a call to address the issue. And numerous calls saying the orange was OK, was I sure I wanted red. They arranged for the orange to be collected and returned. Eight days later and I'm still waiting for the red trolley...

My cancellation of the order was…
My cancellation of the order was ignored (after they weren able to deliver on time) and it was shipped with a delay. Still waiting for refund.
Edit: the cancellation mail was sent while I was on the chat. In the chat they confirmed that they received the mail.
