I had a very bad experience with Utilitywise.
Yes, they are very good at selling but when comes to manage the utilities, the service is just awful.
Therefore, you are going to be very happy when they first contact you (and they will contact you every they if necessary to make the sell). But, be prepared, after you hire them, you will be alone by yourself. They don't answer the phone, just call to make excuses (long and evasive ones), and take ages to resolve (when it happens) an issue.
We were really unhappy with the service and just cancelled it.

Looking after number 1
Utilitywise talked me into accepting a 25% increase in my electricity price. I don't know if I could have done better,but I run a small business and believe I don't have time to search for a better price. I think I'd better make time next year.

When things are difficult quality shines through
We are a non-profit organisation and our office is only staffed one day each week, but we had two gas and two electric meters. So several suppliers to re-price/replace and a customer (us) who is hard to get hold of.
Lee Rourke at Utilitywise, who acted for us has been brilliant. He has been dogged in keeping in touch with us, has arranged some good deals for us and has minimised the hassle of changing multiple suppliers.

I had given 3 properties to change …
I had given 3 properties to change utility. They messed up on transfers. Mr Donald lake was keen to follow and complete the deal, but the switch over never happened to 2 properties and I had to pay standard charges to my previous provider.
On my third property they switched over the electricity and forgot my gas that was with British Gas and I had to pay 0.96p of standing per day. For 3 months.
Utility wise incompetency costed me lost of hundreds of pound.
NEVER EVER I WILL USE THEN AGAIN NOR WOULD SUGGEST ANY ONE
