These reels a a good upgrade to the lower models , the ‘hybrid’ body ensures the reel doesn’t flex and gyrate under heavy winding pressure as do some of the graphite framed reels.nice solid feeling reels, fairly modest understated graphics , hopefully with the legendary shimano reliability .enormous line capacity , The spare spool Makes the reel good value. My only gripe is the double handle, but this is a personal preference, as I prefer single handles with larger knobs, this is easily rectified as replacement single handles are available online
