This reel is class, I have used other Shimano reels which were made in Malaysia,the Twin Powers are made in Japan. Although more expensive just picking them up, you can tell they are another level of quality. Turning the handle is super smooth, this reel will be my go too reel for many years to come and I'm really happy to make this investment.
