If I could give zero I would, I ordered a bottle, it was defective. I contacted the company within 30 days, I have made numerous emails to them and no help!!!.. they will NOT REPLACE OR REFUND MY MONEY.. THEIR 100% SATISFACTION IS CRAP.

Criminal in my opinion.
Take your money without confirmation, then refuse to communicate effectively and offer huge discounts when you advise you want to return products suggesting products hugely overpriced / ineffective. Return address is USA and you have to cover postage (and it must be tracked).

DO NOT BUY - SCAM ITEM

DO NOT BUY - ABSOLUTE RUBIBISH AND A SCAM. I was charged an exhorbitant amount for shipping which was not shown. I expected to pay for 2 bottles with a third for free. I was charged three times the amount. Customer service looks like it is spam company. No company header. No email signatures, poor written communication. AND, unsurprisingly, the product doesn't work. I don't know if I have a chance to get a refund for this product.

Faulty and would not replace after runaround.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased 2 of their UVBrite Bottles. One bottle would at least show that it treated dozens of times but the other one would treat just a few and then it was dead. I tried to get either a replacement or a refund and all I got was many e-mails requesting pictures and videos and explanations and after jumping through all their hoops then they just stopped responding. They never offered to send me a new one because it was faulty, they just kept saying "What do you want us to do about it?". When you have a faulty device with a reputable company they send you a new one for free with the shipping cost covered and if you don't return the faulty one then they charge you for it. This company is totally untrustworthy. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying their product to save your money and the headaches of dealing with their double talk.
UPDATE:
Soon after my first review was posted UVBrite sent me another email telling me how important my satisfaction was then proceeded to ask me to send AGAIN the same information I had sent them before. I said I would NOT send the same information again and if they didn't even care enough to read the information I had already sent them then they really didn't care about my frustrations. Since then I still have not heard from them on how to refund my money or send me a new one.

Locked checkout 3 billed for

I didn’t make it to full checkout and it locked me into purchasing 3. I went to purchase one for $60, it offered a second one for $30 and a blue one for another $30 and locked my exit from the site and would not go to a cart. I never saw conversion rate or country purchasing from (amount), shipping cost, products being purchased, and it billed me for 3 without my authorisation and never returned me to the cart or checkout screen to see what they were doing. I immediately sent an email saying I haven’t authorised anything yet so don’t bill me. They sent me an invoice for 3 products a few hours later for $143.00 with $23 shipping long after I cancelled, then billed my account $74.00, and said sorry too late we can’t cancel your order. Small print you can’t see says S/H nonrefundable but they don’t tell you how much it is and pop up sales add-on screens won’t let you exit or see checkout menu. I said I would cancel through my bank and had to cancel my card. The reviews are terrible 1.8 rating discussing delaying/stalling customers until after the 30 day warranty and credit card refund time. I had an original bad experience during the purchase so won’t be pursuing the purchase. Cancel my order before you ship it UV Brite as your customer service is terrible.

The items I purchase failed to deliver, they didn't do what was advertised on there site n I happened to look up reviews on there product if I had done that it would have saved me the trouble of finding out first hand how miss leading they are , I read reviews on how many customers experienced the same w no satisfaction guaranteed, u basically purchased faulty bottles n no resolution,or they will offer you partial refund when they came not working as advertised what are the people that invested on there product so pose to do with the faulty bottles,its not logical to charge for defected items to begin with n no refunding total cost at there expense.

I bought 6 for Christmas gifts

I bought 6 for Christmas gifts. None worked. I asked them to send one that worked to prove they would. given the reviews on TrustPilot they would not and claimed my request was passed the 30 day guarantee ...... it was not I actually asked straight away the same day to only send 3 as their website was faulty and had no check order availability before payment option so I got 6 instead of 3. there must be an ombudsman who can stop this company selling defective products.

No stars/ Faulty product. Dangerous to health claims. Zero customer service. UV Brite is a sham product and a sham company. You should only TRY to claim their warranty if you have limitless time and limitless patience. After 3 months and 25 emails that go around and around in circles - asking for the same information over and over again, I give up. No UV Brite, I will not agree to pay postage to me on faulty goods, nor pay the postage to send them back to you, and absolutely will not pay a restocking fee. The only use for the bottles sold to me is for them to go straight into landfill. Shameful.

Never worked from the get-go. Didn’t match the instruction book in-progress indications but it did improve the water taste at first. Then recently it showed no indication that the UV LED was on. So I held the LED to my Transition lenses: no darkening. Complained: no response. Pure junk. All of the above was within a couple of months. The actual successful usage was no more than a month. Contact with them was a continuing discussion of what we might be doing wrong until I mentioned my Transition lenses test: Dead silence.

Bought two in time for a very special…

Bought two in time for a very special trip abroad. Neither charged and the lights did not concur with the instructions.
Wrote to complain and the reply was a standard response which I had actually addressed line by line in my complaint.
Have not heard back anything more since my reply.
Delivered by Amazon but I doubt they will help.

Faulty items sent and no solution from them found

I ordered four of them, and three didn't work. They messed me around for weeks, then said it was too late and past their 30-day policy, even though my initial email was within the 30-day policy. I am now stuck with faulty items and hundreds of dollars out of pocket, and they don't seem to care.
Dogey operators unfortunately.
Hopefully paypal will come through with their buyer protection guarantee 🤞

Defective products, company would not replace caps.

I ordered six bottles from this company, for family. Only one bottle cap would charge. Contacted them and they said it was past 30 days and no refund. I complained that I had spent over $200C and the product was defective. They said they wanted a video showing the defective caps. Sent it and was told the video was too big. Sent one under the size limit they needed. Now ten days and no response. Terrible company who does not stand by their product. Waste of money.

The bottles would not charge. I contacted their customer service. It took them a week to respond and then they only gave suggestions on things to try. I tried them and contacted them again within a few days. I then got an email saying that it was past the 30 day return policy. They deliberately strung me along until I couldn't return them. DO NOT BUY!

Don’t trust this company

I ordered 2 UV Bright Go Bottles for my trip to Morocco. When we got there we found that one would not charge at all. When I tried to return the defective bottle when we returned from our trip, UV Bright would only continually say we were past the 30 day return window. They refused to address the fact that they sent me a defective bottle. This is a terrible way to do business. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I received my bottle while on vacation…

I received my bottle while on vacation and was excited to see it however, the cap would not charge. Tried for several days and nothing. I’ve sent them 4 requests for assistance and no one has bothered to respond to me. Of course it’s too late to return the bottle … very poor customer service. Sorry I ever heard of them!

Uvbrite worst company ever.

Bought a green beam bottle from UVbrite. Priced at just over £70 including postage
They sent me a second hand, used black go bottle priced at £30
I asked for the bottle I ordered and paid for.
Instead they refunded me £30 then told me I had to pay postage back to USA plus a 10% restocking fee to recieve a full refund. Which I doubt they would give me anyway. It's been going on for a few months now.
It was their mistake and they refuse to come to an amicable agreement.
Do not buy from this company.
They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are out to fleece customers of their money.

Refund complaint - not acceptable behaviour

I must compliment UVbrite on the speed of response to a request to return the product due to it being too late for my trip. However why do they ask you to pay to return the product to USA when it was originally distributed from Cannock, UK?
Am I cynical to think they don’t want you to return it and to accept their 30% refund not to return the goods.
I have received 14 emails with a revised offer of 40% refund or return the product to USA
I am not prepared to accept this considering they quote
‘REFUND Were happy to accept refunds in 30 days of purchase in full packaging’
