BMW 330e purchase
Bought a 330e BWM from Stoke Branch. Car is in good condition and is driving very well so far... so very happy!
Sales staff were efficient and friendly, helped me out with a lift when dropping off my rental vehicle. They have a lot of nice cars on their forecourt.
Was told they own their own warranty company and you can use main dealer to have any repairs done on your car. I've had warranties from garages before only to find there is a max per hour charge for labour of £45/hr which means you have to pay the excess or get the work done at halfords! Glad to hear this is not the case here.
Would recommend these guys if you are looking to buy.

I recently purchased a car from V12 Car Sales, and I have to say the service from Sayeed was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, honest, and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress‑free.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I had a really disappointing experience with V12 Sports and Classic in Stoke-on-Trent and would strongly advise others to be cautious—especially if you’re travelling a long distance.
I travelled from Belfast, spending over £300, to view a car I had been discussing with them beforehand. Given the distance, I asked for a video of the vehicle before making the trip, but they refused to provide one. In hindsight, that was a red flag.
When I arrived, the car was in a much worse condition than expected. It was unclean and had visible damage, including large dents and other interior issues that clearly hadn’t been properly communicated. It felt completely misrepresented.
To make matters worse, I was told that if I had decided to go ahead with the purchase, I would have been expected to wait around for an hour while they cleaned the car—despite them knowing I had a ferry to catch later that day. That really sums up the lack of consideration for customers.
The attitude of the salesman didn’t help either. He was dismissive when we pointed out bodywork flaws advising that while they might deal with minor scratches when cleaning it, anything more obvious would be at my own expense to repair and that this was the reason their prices are “so low.” There was no willingness to negotiate on price at all, despite the condition of the car.
They were also aware that I had travelled a long way and had a return journey involving a ferry several hours away. When I decided not to go ahead with the purchase, they made no effort whatsoever to help—no offer to call a taxi, no basic courtesy, nothing—while I was left trying to figure out how to get back to Belfast. It was quite clear that they assumed because I had travelled all that way that there was no way I wouldn’t purchase the car!
Overall, a terrible experience. Lack of transparency, poor customer service, and a complete disregard for the time and expense customers may go through to view their vehicles. I wouldn’t recommend travelling any distance to deal with them.

I booked to see an electric car that…
I booked to see an electric car that was absolutely not up to standard. Every single body panel had scratches on it. When I pointed this out, the manager offered to "improve" it with a polish. I agreed to go ahead while discussing things with the team, but the moment they realised I was a cash buyer and not interested in their finance options, they completely lost interest and started dragging their feet.
My first concern was about the battery State of Health report – how could we trust it when there were no car identification details? It just said "BMW iX3" with no VIN or registration number. The salesman insisted that because the mileage matched, it must be the same car. That's just not good enough. I've since checked, and surprisingly, none of the SOH reports from this dealer seem to have any car details on them – which is very suspicious.
They promised me they offer the lowest prices and match any on Auto Trader. When I showed them a car that was £1,500 less, a newer model with the facelift, one year younger, and only 2,000 more miles, they acted very strangely and didn't know how to respond.
When I test drove the car, the service overdue light was on. They said it was just a "software update issue." Then the manager told me to take the car as it was – they couldn't even service it. No warranty comes with the car unless you pay extra, not even for a month. But they were very keen to sell me their other products.
I drove two hours to this flashy showroom with two young kids, having booked online and paid a £99 deposit. The car wasn't even ready – it hadn't been washed. We waited 45 minutes, went through their compliance checks, and at the end of it all, it was for a scratched-up, unserviced, overpriced car.
One positive – the receptionist was lovely and offered us two hot drinks. Other than that, I completely wasted a day visiting such a dodgy place.

Avoid like the plague
Absolutely dreadful customer service at Worksop branch. Called them to check they still had the car in stock before visiting, as we live over an hours drive away. They confirmed they did, & booked me a test drive appointment for same day.
On arrival at the dealership there is nowhere to park, the customer car park is signposted but the actual area is not clear - the whole area round the back is full of cars double / triple parked so we just had to block 2 cars in & hope they were stock and not belonging to other customers.
Inside was busy, but lots of staff milling about both inside and outside. Took 15 mins for someone to notice us & ask to book us in. There is no obvious reception desk, or anyone doing meet & greet, just lots of sales desks all occupied.
We were booked in, & confirmed we already had an appointment booked for 2:15, and were asked to take a seat. At 2:45 we just decided to leave. No one had spoken to us or acknowledged us again in that time, and there were 3 couples / families who were there when we arrived who had still not been seen either.
I get that it was obviously a busy afternoon for them, but why book an appointment that you have no intention of keeping? An appointment should be just that: blocked out in someone’s diary for a set time, with other members of staff being left free to deal with walk-ins.
We had a quick look at the vehicle I’d gone to test drive before we left & it clearly had a scrape / damage to the front bumper which does not show on the listing photos so can only assume this has happened whilst being on site. Judging by the AA check for the vehicle they have had it in stock for over 5 months.
In total we were on site for nearly an hour & in that time only 1 person spoke to us to book us in (for an appointment we already made by phone that morning), all the staff outside ignores us completely.
So, a 2 hour round trip, and 3 hours of our Sunday afternoon wasted… and the dealership lost out on selling a car that they’ve had in stock for over 5 months to a cash buyer today.
Beware of buying from here as if the customer service is that dire when they are trying to sell a car, goodness knows what after sales would be like when they’ve already taken your money. I have since via Google search found various poor reviews for this company, and even a Facebook group dedicated to people who have been mis-sold cars from V12, so please do your research thoroughly before buying !!

Excellent Customer Service
We purchased a Ford Kuga ST Line X PHEV on the 31st January. The service was fantastic! We only came to have a look around and even though they were incredibly busy, they made us feel welcome and let us get a closer look at some cars. Amazingly after a while deciding and negotiating 😉 We drove away that day with the car. They even stayed open late to get the deal done. Thanks to the whole team in that day, special mention to Ammar for being patient with us and to Greg for even offering to buy in a pizza for our son. Couldn't have been happier with the service. Greg, look after that Cosworth if you buy it 😁😉

Don't pay the holding deposit
Avoid paying the holding deposit if you can . They say it's fully refundable. It took me a lot of hassle to get it back. First I was promised that it was going to be refunded. It didn't. I asked again over the phone. I was told it had been processed and should have arrived on my account in 2 days. It didn't. I emailed. No reply. I emailed again. No reply again. Left a negative review here. Called them liers and scammers. I got a response within hours. Jordan saved the day, but the 1 star rating remains. Being lied to by two separate person suggests this was not a one off situation.
