ALL BUYERS BEWARE,
Well where do I begin !I purchased a vehicle back in november at a cost of 7900 plus a warranty of 700 and due to stress it's taking this long to sort out
Within 2 months of purchase the faults appeared ,first of all a couple then within 4 months we had been to our local garage numerous times , we decided under the consumer rights act we would complain , they rejected said it was wear and tear , we were left with thousands to pay on repairs which we decided it was not worth but to cut a long story short we are no longer the owners of the vehicle , we are in £3000 negative equity and a complaint with the ombudsman and to top it all we are expected to continue paying warranty on a vehicle we do not own PLEASE PLEASE BUYERS BEWARE ,Dealer does not want to know you as soon as car is driven away ,after sales do not pick up the phone and the warranty is a buy now pay later finance company and if you need more evidence just read the Facebook complaints group , very interesting bedtime reading

Was told by someone called Ryan in…
Was told by someone called Ryan in there sales that the car had a full service history the last service had 700 pound spent on it because I asked if the cam belt and water pump have been done because the car had done over 100,000 miles, was also told by someone in the sales that I should be there for past nine on a Saturday morning for the test drive, got there all locked up they don't open till 10, had a look around the car, and asked the salesman where the service history is, he said they don't have a service book it's all online well a 2018 kuga does have a service book but it was missing along with the owners manual and the other books that should be with the vehicle, he then handed me some loose paper one of them said page one of two and there's no second page, to which I found the car hadn't been serviced for nearly 30,000 miles two years ago and all it had in the past was oil changes.. no water pump or belts have been changed. Oh and I did find out that they give 5,800 pound for it as a trade in Because that was with the five pieces of paper I was past, the headman said to tell me they will have its serviced if I want it.. It's not about a service It's about hour been lied to and now I've wasted my time coming from Manchester to Stoke. That vehicle need more than a service it needs all its belts changing.. complete waste of time

brilliant service
We purchased a Range Rover Evoque from your dealership at Stoke on Trent and dealt with Max and Craig who could not have been more helpful. Max went above and beyond to help us, even sorting out everything to do with the purchase regarding paperwork his knowledge is amazing, they are both fantastic employees and V12 are fortunate to have such polite, patient and enthusiastic salesman.

AVOID
AVOID.
Had nothing but problems from the get go, paid extra for the car to be have a valet before we collected.
It was still in poor condition no valet was done. They had hidden problems that they knew would have come up after purchase, we are now extremely out of pocket because of this. We took out the warranty which this garage recommend, they must work together because they are absolutely useless and do not pay out on anything. Had nothing but problems with both the car and the warranty company.
AVOID.

Changing my review from 4* to 2*
Changing my review from 4* to 2*, the after sale customer service is regrettably, awful. In my particular case, I recently bought a car from the Stoke-on-Trent garage where as a good will gesture they booked me in at a local Mr. Tyre garage to have a tyre replaced that was close to the legal limit. However they did not leave the lock in wheel nut in the car so I could not get the tyre replaced.
When going back to the branch the same day, they were too busy to look for it and told me to call back. For the last 3 days I have tried to phone them. On the after sales number and am in a queue for the best part of an hour. The same situation happens when trying to call directly to the branch and cannot get through. Funnily enough I always seem to be “7th in the queue” which makes me feel like my call never actually will get anywhere. All I want is for them to send the wheel nut in the post as it’s a long way out of my way from where I live.
Very upsetting that a really positive experience has turned into a negative one.

Awful company
Awful company, arranged to pick up a car for my nephew, called at beginning of the week to arrange the Thursday pickup , all good, Called Thursday morning, all good, had a call from head office, all good, got to the garage, no idea, car not MOTed, car not cleaned, satnav missing, Awful attitude for the staff, had to wait over an hour and a half to get the car, manager even lost his rag and he didn't care if I wanted the or not as I had put him out by turning up.
Another customer was have the same experience whilst my fiasco unfurled

Great customer service
Great customer service, the dealer Jack, left me in peace to have a good look round the car, and when I was ready, took it on a good long test drive, after which he worked out a really good deal, including beating everyone else’s valuation for my part ex. Great selection of cars that were very well presented, will definitely have a look back at the dealership when I decide to change

Faultless experience. Happy customer
Had a great experience purchasing a car from V12 sports and classics. From talking to Ryan Massey on the phone to completing the sale with Alex Stoica, they were both so helpful, clear from the start and everything went smoothly. Really looking forward to driving my new BMW X1 every day. Thankyou!

Superb!
Very smooth process from spotting the car, reserving it and then collecting.
Max especially was a credit to the V12 company. Professional and polite even for his young age. Never felt pressured to take any extras with my reasons why being accepted.
Highly recommend this company if you are looking for a good 2nd hand vehicle. Best I have ever used. Wife is made up with her new wheels.
Thanks!!
