WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. GIVE NO REFUND AND KEEP ASKING FOR PHOTOS AGAIN AND AGAIN. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ALSO LIFE OF TIME IS NOT HAS THEY INDICATE ON WEBSITE. DO NOT ORDER ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I wouldn't even give them a star. I ordered 3 drums for my business. The drums first were wrong drums sent. When I called they said send pictures then my info along with a invoice number in email. Mind you it took several calls to get anyone to answer. I email pictures give invoice number an additional info. They reply back in email sorry an I can mail back at my cost an reorder an yep no refund because I was one day over return policy date even thou they mailed wrong drums. Never order from this company. I also ordered toner that model was correct but the toner cartridges do not last for amount of paper I print. Again never order from company. I did let better business know about this company. Product shipped from California but I believe co is over seas.

They claim a "life time warranty" and when you contact them about returning defective ink toner they claim that the warranty has expired.

I ordered 3 for my HP printer and they said that they would work. Well guess what they didnt and they will not pay to ship them back to them. Very poor customer service. Do not order from this company.

I ordered 3 toner cartridges for my B&W Brother printer and a drum. Two of the cartridges were fine and lasted about 2100 pages each, but one had leaked and only printed about 300 pages. Now I'm replacing the drum and the printer won't recognize it. I've tried calling the customer service number probably 10 times, but I just get a recording saying they'll be with me shortly and then the line drops. Think I'll need to order another drum somewhere else and probably go elsewhere for toner too.

My first and last time buying from this company. I received my cartridges, but they don't work. I removed them and reinstalled them several times to no avail. I tried contacting customer services twice by email, and 15 times by telephone without a response.

First set of HP 200x I bought were fine, but of the last few sets I've bought, 2 or three out of each 4 pack of cartridges don't work satisfactorily. The tolerances are so poor that there is a constant pale background of colour on the paper, and no amount of calibration will get rid of it. Just have to bin it and try another one until one finally well enough made accurately enough to work. Even ditching 50-60% of the cartridges, it works our much cheaper than HP original, but is it worth all the hassle and the waste?

First time to buy their products, everything is good, I am very satisfied!

I ordered 2 4 packs of toner for my Brother MFC printer and 1 of the 4 didn't work. I installed them and the indicator for the yellow toner said it was empty. I put the yellow from the second 4 pack in and now it prints. Customer service said they would send a replacement and I'm waiting. Quality control is poor when 1 out of 4 works

It's been 3 weeks and my order still isn't here. No tracking number from them. I've contacted them a couple of times with no response. Ironically I have been getting daily junk mail from them...

I am a practicing attorney with a small law firm and we ordered your product and found it to be exactly what we needed at a fair and reasonable price and the product arrived within the time line expected even with COV-19 shipping delays, we got our product.

The toner cartridges fit okay and my printer recognized them. The ink color was way light and it didn't last very long. I've had to take out the cartridges constantly and shake them vigorously so I don't have streaks of hard to see print/faded areas. I won't be buying these again. I just replaced them all with genuine cartridges. Also not happy that there isn't any information or labels for returning them for recycling as I get with HP cartridges. A very disappointing experience.

Have had reasonably good luck with V4Ink (boxes are label InkeSale) but latest batch of 4 were all bad with pull-tabs missing on 2 of the 4. Poor quality control.

I have attempted several times to order toner from this company and each time the cartridge either prints out completely smudged pages or runs out with a week. I look for deals, but buying from this company is not a deal at all. I won't make that mistake again.
