Unprofessionalism, lack of resolution for account issues

The concierge department is neither helpful nor responsive. There are extensive wait times via phone, and they will eventually hang up on you. The one operator who did answer, Laura, said hello, then immediately placed me on hold while I was speaking, then forwarded me to the end-of-call survey. I received one response to my issue via email from a Davindra Bell, then never received another follow-up response from anyone on the concierge team.

Filthy

We received a very dirty room. Luckily it was just a night. Also most of the staff I spoke with were very rude. I had an issue getting into my room and instead of them coming to me, I had to drive all the way back to the office. It was not close. They should definitely do more to make sure the rooms are clean, but customer service is also very much lacking.

Of course for other reviews I posted for this hotel I was told to contact management at the location. When I attempted to do that they were clueless. I left my information and re received no call back. Just a bad look overall.

Vacatia purchase of Berkley Group properties

I have owned with Vacation Village Parkway for 25 years (VVW for the first 1-2 years). My contact has been up to date the entire time. I get a text saying I owe money for overdue maintenance fees. I go to log into my account, which was moved over to Vacatia. I was not even aware that they bought out my developer. Then they had a wrong phone number and address for me. I asked how they got that information and was told they updated their computer system and did searches for them. How about using what was on file? Also, I obviously didn't get any communication about them taking over since they had wrong contact information. You would think Vacatia would have a better process to confirm each person knows they are now the new company. NOT impressed AT ALL so far with Vacatia.

Vacatia nonresponsive to owners starting Dec. 18, 2025.

Vacatia is now the new owner of the Colonies at Williamsburg where we have been owners for years. It has been a tiresome and irritating experience just trying to get the extremely high maintenance fee paid due to their inattention to emails and lack of billing. I started trying to bill sent in Dec. Finally I called the Colonies to get the bill sent ASAP today on March 17, 2026.

Horrible customer service no one picks up their phones

Our timeshare part of the Vacation Village family switched to Vacatia.com this year for management. I tried for over a month to connect with one of their concierge team and no one ever answers the phone. It is impossible to speak to a person there. When on hold ot counts you down but then hangs up. Its a terrible managment company.

We stayed at Mizner Place this year2026

We stayed at Mizner Place last year and loved it. However not being an owner making a reservation was more than challenging. We stayed 4 weeks and made reservations week by week with a third party. Daniella, at the front desk, was MORE than helpful to get everything sorted out for each week so that we got a room we thought we were getting. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s professional, friendly and truly wants your stay to be a positive one.

I a beyond the frustration with Vacatia

I a beyond the frustration with Vacatia. All I am trying to do is to pay my maintenance fee, and I am having terrible time to get someone in person because there is a glitch in a system that does not allow to set on line account. The virtual assistant is not helpful at all. To get to talk to someone in person at my resort last time took me nearly 2 hours. This time around there were 80 people ahead of me on wait list!!!. This is unheard of!!!
When I tried to call Vacatia customer service line, the person on line was not able to help at all. I tried two different representatives and they both were not able to help. All they offered is to call my resort line and wait for half of a day for the call to be answered.
When I received a call from Vacatia representative about 3 weeks ago, all she was talking about is rewards for timely maintenance payment, but this sounds like a set up for failure to make a timely payment.
I have never experienced anything like that before.
All what is left is to stay on hold for ever during a phone call to the resort.

Incorrect Website Information

Incorrect Website Information: Once again today, after calling a month ago, I called back because their information on my time-share account is still INCORRECT. I waited on hold over 20 minutes and still received NO technical help. I hung up after waiting 20 minutes.

We always enjoy our visits to SCR

We always enjoy our visits to Scottsdale Camelback Resort (SRC). The staff is friendly and efficient. The property is well maintained. Our 2nd floor balcony offers great views of Camelback Mtn.

I do think the outdoor furniture in the condo needs new seat cushions and I didn't think washing the sidewalks was a good way to use water.

Overall, the experience is always great!

The wonderful staff always makes our…

The wonderful staff always makes our stay great. Also, the small size of the resort allows greater comfort. I always expect the best as it has been but must add that the pool area is showing signs of needing attention. The rubber pellet surface, showing some wear and could have been cleaner. Also thought sofa in unit needed attention. Overall, pleased and is a great property.

Dependable

We have owned a timeshare for over 25 yrs. Always exciting to spend our weeks in the warmth of Arizona and the comfort of Camelback Resort. Convenient to almost everywhere. And comfortable in our two and three bedroom weeks. We never traded our weeks for other places. Didn't have to; everything was there.
