Have not seen the property yet so do not know if the information I have today matches my expectations.

I was searching last minute for a place in mammoth and Jamie was quick/efficient. Jamie made it extremely easy by sending us options based on what we needed. The follow-up was also great. I would recommend using them and would definitely use them again.

We felt the front desk were very insensitive to attempting to get our room ready a little earlier than 4. Very disappointed since we were told that there was a good possibility.

Its my second year consecutive that I book a trip with VacationRoost and I have no complains. Great staff! Tyler was a great person that helped with all my questions and concerns that I had before booking my trip.
Besides accommodation, they also had great deals on lift tickets and car rental.
Highly recommended!

The advertised rate was not available, or more accurately the type of room advertised was not available, so I ended up paying for a larger more expensive room configuration which was more than I needed or wanted. However the price was still competitive with other available choices

WE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED BUT STILL NEEDED SOME INFO. everything WAS EASY TO FIND AND TURNED OUT AS EXPECTED. OUR QUERIES WERE ANSWERED VERY QUICKLY. RECOMENDED.

I tried to book on-line, it said I had reservations and to wait for email confirmation. After a full day, no email, checked my account and it had not been charged yet so I called and spoke to June (very nice lady) She said the reservation had been cancelled. She sent me other properties to view but after my first failure of booking I decided to call to make the reservation and got Ryan this time. (Extremely great guy) He helped me book my reservation. After my conversation with Ryan I thought I was totally set....he said my reservations were made, he was going to send me lift ticket coupons and gave me 2 nights free instead of the 1 night that was listed on the intranet at the lodge I picked. As soon as I hung up from him I booked my airline tickets. After another whole day I still had no email confirmation so I called and got Laura (another wonderful person) she delivered the bad news, no reservations I was totally freaked out! If I wasn't a Christian girl I would have been cussing at Ryan as I had booked my flights thinking I had a place to stay. Laura sent me more properties to look at but didn't see anything I totally liked, of course worried about the higher prices wasn't helping me any. The one place I really liked was the Elk Run #23 at the East Village, I told Laura I was going to call my husband (he's a fireman and was at the fire station last night) and see what he thought. He bought the map up and decided he would rather stay in the West Village (Union Creek) or Center Village as it was closer to the green slopes. So here we go again.....I didn't want to bother Laura again for some more properties so I started looking my self. When I found a couple I called Laura and asked to see if they were available. Well, 3rd times a charm, we ended up staying at Summit House Deluxe #502 which was way over our budget but after being on the computer for four hours I was done! After I booked it I just kept thinking how much cheaper it was for us to go to Lake Tahoe and we always had a good time there. I honestly think if I didn't have my airlines booked we would not be visiting Colorado after all this. Would have been nice to get a free night and/or at least some lift tickets from Ryan but I feel blessed that we finally got it settled! This is our first time going to Colorado and things may not have turned out the way we planned we are excited about visiting there. The staff that I was involved with were very helpful and just sounded like pleasant people. Thank you for asking for my input and have a Blessed Day!

Vacation Roost was very timely in getting back with me about the availability of my request. All staff were polite and professional.

I booked a quick weekend trip to Vail and dealt with Cameron Gray who was great to deal with. Professional, competent and quick. Would highly recommend his services.

Darren was outstanding, i would use this again based on my experience with him. Very knowledgeable and responsive.

I was very pleased with the accommodation options that Taylor prepared for our review. He was able to to provide helpful insight on a few of the condos which helped narrow down our selection. We are looking forward to our trip to the Caymans and are very excited about the beach front condo we were able to book. We will definitely use VacationRoost and Taylor for help planning our next vacation.

This is the third trip that I've booked with Matt Danitz. He always gets us a great spot at a better than expected price. He is always timely & responsive with quotes & answers to my stupid questions. And I appreciate that he takes care of all the travel details end-to-end.
