I purchased the PowerKnee Joint Support (pair). The advertisements made it look appealing for knee support and for weak knee spring back. I put one on my leg. I have fibro the straps were causing so much MORE pain that I could not endure wearing the knee brace. So I encourage anyone with fibro DO NOT BUT THIS.
I contacted the company and was informed they DO NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE Refund on a returned product when purchased ON SALE.
I have worked retail years passed and have never heard of such a policy.
Better yet don't buy anything from these company names.

Vaireo aka Sinavo .... Terrible product and terrible customer service. Isn’t worth $8 never mind $80 and that was a sale? This company is scamming people and I’m looking into reporting to the BBB. They can have their “quality product” back i just want my money. Doesn’t stay on knee, can’t even bend your knee either never mind have it “spring back” preying on peoples ailments and selling them overpriced crap and all you get is “sorry but policy says no returns or refunds on sale items” bologna.
