They ask us to pay our client service…

They ask us to pay our client service by force and they disable our own service.
Started when we they asked us to upgrade for a client service, the Client upgraded for a month and then decided to move to another provider.
The service invoice under his account was added to our account, and they said it directly, we will not activate your service till you pay on behalf of the Client and well not answer you anymore till this is done.

3 Months ago, and during an update while everything was fine they lost all our data accidently, all our services was off (even clients services and data) and it took 1 month to completely get the backups on, while ruining all the services, at the end a free period was offered with weekly opened support tickets.

Once we informed them about the aim of a migration to another service provider, and paying one month for our main service they disabled it for this reason, please pay your client invoice or you'll not migrate your own data and you'll still be suspended.

*The Client account is separate from our account under a separate company and services.
