How this company uses Trustpilot

They claim to send out invoices via post or email, which never arrive. And then add a late payment fee when they actually do send it out.
When you call them out on it they point to previous emails (sent out nearly 2 weeks after rent is due) as examples of them sending "friendly" payment reminders, when all that is stated on the emails is how to pay it and to subscribe to PBS.
Pathetic excuse for a business.

Totally unacceptable and bad service.
Valdal did a mistake in house administration, that involed extra payments every month for almost two years...
Mistake was discovered by real estate agent and recognized by Valdal, promises to pay it back has been made... but now, no one answers emails, don't give any updates and over the phone makes more promises without any actions.
