NEVER BUY HERE !!! I tried to buy a perfume set but while the order didn’t go through, my money flied away and I’m still waiting after 2 weeks and I they didn't give any solution !!

Ordered from Valentino beauty during the black Friday sale. Accidentally ordered men instead of women perfume. They wouldn’t honor price and allow me to exchange it. Do not recommend. Not shopping there anymore. Lost $8 shipping back.

Edit: they responded by email with a tracking number with UPS. So it is showing I will be receiving the item.

Happy they emailed back so quickly and fixed what I couldn’t see.

Found some great products on this site but then after reading the reviews became really nervous about ordering, i went for it in the end and my experience has been fantastic both on delivery and a refund which was not actually their fault, very efficient and products are great and at a good price

I mistakenly ordered a 50ml "Born in Rome Uomo"
EDP, and tried to cancel the order within moments
to order the 100ml size which was only slightly more expensive, therefore a better buy.

There was no provision online to cancel, so I sent an email via the site's customer service form.
I got tired of waiting for a response, so I called.

I was told that "orders can't be canceled so that you get your purchase faster." What hogwash!
They want you to take delivery and forget to return it.
Out of 100 customers, two or three will forget.

As a cherry on top, they want me to pay the freight to discourage the return.

Avoid these people at all costs. Buy from a reputable retailer, if you must buy a Valentino product.

Learn from my error. I'm not worried, just annoyed at the waste of time, time that Valentino cannot give back to me.

Search for reviews about Valentino-Beauty—you'll see that many like myself have had bad experiences with them.

On the website, they offer gifts with Purchase. These gifts never show up. They simply say they do not have anymore and if you want to return the order, you have to pay to ship it back.
The free gift is still showing on the website, they will not take it down. Very misleading.

I ordered a gift set on April 11, 2023. It made me choose different complimentaries. The checkout was fast and no problem at all. I received an email saying my order is shipped and carrier is awaiting for pick up. One week later, my order is still stuck and the tracking history is not updating. I contacted the costumer service and they stated that the products I ordered is not in possesion by USPS. And that due to my location, it can take up to 30 days for my order to arrive. Why am I waiting 30 days for my order to arrive? This is a high luxury brand and I did not expect my orders to take that long. Is it because its perfume? I ordered another perfume from a different store but it did not take a month to arrive.

Absolutely horrible customer service experience. Purchased a perfume and they didn't add promotional gifts. They claim that it's because of the promotional code that was offered to me, very misleading policies they have. I called and chatted with and they were not helpful at all. Honestly the worst experience. Not worth it for me. Do not recommend at all!!!

Shopping on Valentino's website put 1 cologne in the cart. The website cart asked me to add one 15 ml cologne as a gift, then it offered me to select one small bag, as well as offering me to use a promotion code to get $15 off for welcoming me as a new customer. All of this was clearly in my cart and after filling out all my information my cart was still full of all of these selections and allowed me to click purchase.

I got an email saying that all I was receiving was the bottle of cologne I purchased and the $15 discount. I didn't receive the other items that were clearly shown in my cart and promised to me when I clicked purchase. This is a violation of any standard purchase agreement and completely illegal / scammy.

After contacting customer service they were completely rude abrasive and dismissive saying that if I went to the main page and navigate through three or four button clicks through their website which is extremely misleading, NOT CLEAR, that I would find that only one offer at a time is valid.

The checkout process, also without asking me, selected the lowest value item which was the $15. I did not get to pick which item that I received. I would have preferred the $35 15ml cologne. Bear in mind all the items were carted upon checkout. There are no disclaimers in the cart or item removals, no links.

Customer service bulked at me and told me that I was not able to cancel the order even though I contacted them within minutes after receiving the email and placing the order. They said that any type of returns would be at my expense. They would not offer me any type of one time allowance of sending me the gifts that were in my cart or any other type of gift card or discounts for future purchases. Customer service was 100% worthless and enjoyed repeating the same canned response which was a lie.

Their website is misleading and convinces you that you will be purchasing much more value than you actually receive this is illegal for all intents and purposes.

Absolute garbage! These people do this frequently!! Your charge goes through but for whatever reason the order you got charged for didn't seem to process correctly! That's real convenient. And they Absolutely never communicate through customer service! But god forbid someone leaves a negative review... then here they are ready to apologize. They will do absolutely nothing to compensate. They'll just hold your money. Nice. Not the Valentino I'm used to!

I’m not gonna make any other purchase in the future, that’s for sure. Such a disappointment for a brand that is known worldwide for being luxurious!
