if i could leave no stars i would, this is a scam company. I ordered two pillows last month that cost over £80, we can't afford such prices but the money was a christmas gift and we decided to treat ourselves. we can't even get our money back as there is no pay pal option. i will say to anyone never, ever buy anything unless there is a pay pal option

Spent quite a bit of time looking for wool duvets as I was getting too hot with feather and down duvet, decided on a merino wool one and found this company.
Was a good price, and I liked that the 4 seasons duvet had slightly lighter tog rating than normal, as our house doesnt get really cold at night we didn't need really high tog rating. Was a bit concerned about ordering from abroad, and could not find any UK based reviews.
Pleased I went ahead and used them. The order took a few days to be dispatched, and then took a few more days to get here. Was concerned that there may be additional import tax, but was not charged any extra.

The Merino wool duvet is well made with a satin feel cotton outer. During the night it is warm, but I don't overheat under it. It feels lightweight, but doesn't drape quite as well as the old feather and down, it is not bad at all, just that down is better in this respect. As for any scent, don't notice it in the evening, but is noticeable in the morning to me only, not my wife.
I would order from them again, and recommend the Merino wool duvet as we are pleased with it.
