Had fault on Hot Water on CH system
Had fault on Hot Water on CH system. Found fault with Zone valve in 5 minutes and ordered valve. Awaiting call from Valliant for day to fit valve and start CH system.
Diagnosed fault in quick time. Well done

They work so well with you!. I truly appreciate their hard work and weekly live calls to review and work on new things if one thing is not working. Getting a lot better
My partner and I have been working with valiant since about July, we first decided to hire them because the workload of the marketing side of our business because too much for us. When we first started working together it felt almost like a pilot to their services, it felt like we were getting the basics but not really everything we wanted, it felt like every day the valiant team was adding and removing team members which made it really hard to get a system working. After sticking with them for a few months it seemed like they were getting their stuff together, the team was becoming more reliable and permanent. Valiants editor Nilo ended up working for us every day which led to us being able to set up a system. As of right now im satisfied with Valiants services and I can see it getting better from here

We have not worked with and do not work with anyone named "John" from the United Kingdom.
We do not work with British businesses and our client base, and team has been strictly US or Canadian-based since November 2022. We've also, to my best recollection, never had a business run by someone named John as a client.
We also have reason to believe this is the same reviewer who has made a second false review above based on their IP address and other metadata.
Given the date of experience was November 01, 2023, and other key information, this review is likely fake or intended for a different business.
