If I could leave less than one star

If I could leave less than one star, I would. Dominic Hall of Valley Windows (now bankrupt but trading under other names as he flips his company and changes the directors) took my money and 2 years later I have had to spend thousands of pounds rectifying his shoddy workmanship and actually finishing the build. He did not get Building regs to visit when he said he would and it was only due to me having photo evidence of his poor work that I have any chance of the build being passed at all.
BEWARE - he talks the talk and comes across as very professional. He is not. Every single person I have spoken to knows somebody he has ripped off.
I payed a deposit in Jan 2022 and after that I have pages and pages of WhatsApp excuses of why the build wasn’t being done. His own workers even told me that my money had been spent on other builds and he was waiting for another job so that he could pay for mine- this job must never have happened because I was still waiting in June 24 so took the step to pay other traders at my own cost (I know I shouldn’t have paid 60,000 up front but it was in his contract and I didn’t know any better as had never had a big build done before.)
If Dom Hall tries to answer to this - I have written and photographic evidence to confirm that everything I am saying is true.
PLEASE choose a trustworthy company so you don’t get ripped off by this fraud too. By the way- his son did my roof - in Dom’s words ‘He is a Michelin Star chef’ - no wonder my roof leaked for months.

No contact after reporting a major issue

We reported a leak in our orangery roof on 25th June and several times after this. Two different members of staff took down our details and one of them wrote “priority” on the notes. We are still waiting for them to contact us regarding this issue but, as yet we have not had anything from them. The work they carried out is under a 10 year warranty and we are hoping to have this matter resolved before it runs out in 2029. We currently have a bucket next to our dining table which is likely to be there over the Christmas period.
We are very unhappy with their aftersales and customer care.
