Purchased an account as a loyal member, after spending near enough or even more than $200.00 USD on this website I was offered a 0.50c discount code, the account had an issue - when I contacted support they told me now I have to wait 4h before I can play? It seems crazy to me that this happens considering 4h is my whole evening, I come home and want to chill in valorant and this is the type of customer service I get. I understand the support agent might not be able to instantly fix my issue - but waiting 4hours for my issue to be resolved is not good.
Update, an admin joined live chat - I spent more money than I wanted to but they upgraded my account for an additional $20.00 so the issue was resolved.
