Good and easy to use website. You can make money but your not going to be able to give up work. Definitely NOT a scam, I've redeemed £75 in Amazon Vouchers. Knocked off one star as have had a minor problem with goal rewards not automatically registering ( this may be the company that provides the offers not Valued Opinions) and I've had to contact Customer Service to get the owed rewards

A good way to earn a few pennies and you get fab support

I have been with Valued Opinions for over twenty years and their customer service and reward offers have reached an all time low. As an example, they prompt you to complete a 5min survey for 20p but once into the survey you are informed it will take 20mins! To add insult to injury if you complete the survey it will tell you at the end it is closed/not a good fit or some other reason to justify non payment!I

They have now, without reason or justification suspended my account. I have asked for clarification as to why, but the response is due to 'Client Confidentially' they are unable to say why! I fail to see that if they show me an example of the question asked and the alleged spurious answer I have given could breach this relationship as it would be so generic that the relevant company would be unidentifiable.

Conveniently too they retain whatever funds that you have accrued with them!

In closing this feedback, I say if you are so desperate to earn (an unguaranteed) 60p an hour with the added risk of being suspended for no genuine reason and loosing accumulated earnings, then this is the company for you, my advice is to stay well clear, or cash out now and take you business elsewhere to where is will truly be valued.

I needed to contact customer service recently as having completed three surveys it then screened me out on the last page. The issue was resolved in a satisfactory manner. The issue was looked into and resolved promptly.

Review on Valued Opinions Surveys
I look for these surveys daily and try to complete them early before other people complete them. i am very aware that they go off screen very quickly. I am happy completing these as they are easy to follow and relate to my values.

There are many survey companies out there but I have found Valued Opinions to be one of the best, if not The Best of them all. I have always received a good selection of surveys to complete, and unlike many companies that send out a survey request only for you find your not suitable for some reason, Valued Opinions tends to keep that to a bare minimum.
There are good rewards offered for accurate and realistic completion of surveys, with extra bonus's added from time to time. I have been a member here now for many years and can highly recommend there service and security of their systems.

Really interesting learn thing and give my opinion on this site is easy to deal with and give new surveys everyday but don't force you to do them glad I joined.

After many years of membership, my account was suspended for unspecified violations of terms services, as is typical for so many survey sites. I regret not redeeming my earnings as they were not paid.

I am in a lot of Survey sites/Companies and complete a lot to get something back, there are definitely better ones, Valued is one of the best for rewards and surveys. They are also very supportive if you have to contact them, have problems or need questions answered, I have been with them for a long time and will continue.

of all the survey sites I belong to this is the only one has to have photo ID to be able to redeem which was introduced after I have been a member for many years my passport is out of date and driving license is the old paper one so they are sitting on nearly £20 of my money that I can't get. Other sites will at least use email or code sent to phone for us to confirm our redemption

I enjoy doing surveys on Valued opinions. They are great to do, and you get a reward at the end which you can redeem

the surveys are interesting and relative to life today.

My problem was dealt with very promptly.
The solution offered was very welcome

The Range of surveys is extremely good and enjoyable.

It's easy taking surveys with this company. The pay reward is not too bad.
