I placed an order via the internet. It was dealt very quickly and easy. I made an unknown mistake when placing the order and was not until afterwards it came to light as at the time I did not know that I could claim VAT relief from the purchase, I found out later after printing and reading their terms and conditions. So I contacted them via email and asked if I qualified for Vat relief. I was then told yes due to your circumstances your are. So shortly afterwards the VAT I paid was returned to my account. Very helpful. The scooter arrived vie truck a couple of days later and I have made use of it since.

They came to me to show the product.
Any problem that I had they attended and fixed as soon as they could, generally the next day and they would give you an exact hour when they would attend, not the "sometime tomorrow response"
If it could not be fixed there and then they would lend me a replacement scooter.
The experience of the service technicians was unlimited and if they did not know the answer or solution they told you and contacted head office. No bulltoot just plain truth an experience.invaluable in today's customer experience.
They never gave up on seeking a solution.
I would recommend them to anyone seeking perfection in product, service and materials.
The administration staff were always very helpfull and passed on your concerns to the technicians so that on their visit they were prepared for the job.

Pearl mobility scooter arrived promptly and in good condition. Was low priced and I would use them again.

VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE. SEEMS A VERY GOOD PURCHASE FOR MY DISABLED WIFE. ONLY USED TWICE DUE TO WEATHER BUT SEEMS EXCELLENT SCOOTER FOR PRICE.

They don't need to be so good; they could just sell you something and sit back like so many others do. But for me they've been marvellous: a) fast response to a minor insurance claim, b) 3 day response to send a man 300 miles to fix a scooter fault within warranty. And Ben, the engineer, couldn't be more helpful. He made absolutely sure that everything was all right before leaving on a dark and stormy night.

Value Mobility make one believe in internet purchasing; they are far better and cheaper than my local so-called mobility experts who I'm convinced are ripping people off at every turn. Not so Value Mobility. Can't recommend them highly enough.

A good product at a reasonable price and with reasonable delivery charges. The only problems was that the brakes were locked on and I have to pay someone to fix it.

It's always hard buying online but my trust was repaid within days. My scooter is great.

I'm so glad I chose these to get my scooter from, the staff were most helpful and after a minor hiccup my scooter came. They even sent an engineer out because I had problems with assembly, stupidly, my fault.

There was no charge for it and the engineer kindly did an all over check to make sure everything was set up right and gave me exact instructions on various functions so everything was clear and I understood.

I would recommend them very highly to anyone considering getting a scooter.
