Called on the day of delivery but unfortunately my partner was oblivious to the banging on door and windows and calls to his phone.... he was in the shower... enough said. I received a call as the door to garden was also locked. After trying to get hold of my partner and also not able they said not to worry they would reschedule a delivery. Received a call later that afternoon and they delivered next day. Fantastic service. Kept in contact. Good price. Will use again.

I always use Value Oils for my home heating oil. When I ring the order through the staff are so lovely and helpful. I thought I was too late to get the latest order in before Christmas, but ‘No’, I was SO surprised when the delivery lorry turned up 2 days later after placing the order…..I am well pleased with the service I always receive from them, and would certainly recommend them for oil supplies.

Value Oils has deceptive pricing, and it adds an extra charge on top of the cost of the fuel. It is not open or clear about this extra charge, which meant the final cost of the fuel was over 2p/litre more expensive than quoted. When I challenged them on this practice, they refused to discuss it with me. Very poor customer service and sharp trading practices, I would not recommend them.

Always polite and friendly on the phone. I’ve never any issues when I place an order. I’ve an account with value oil and they are competitively priced so I don’t need to shop around for cheapest

Quick delivery and excellent prices

I find Customer Service always helpful and polite. Value Oils prices are usually the most competitive of the online oil suppliers. The access to my home is restricted, so have to phone to ask for a 4 wheel delivery vehicle - perhaps this option could be added to the online order page. I usually get a delivery confirmation from the oil delivery company the day before.

Great prices, fast delivery, good communication. Also the option to set up a payment plan. Love this company and will be using from now on.
