First order with you guys- expecting to be happy but not overly amazed. I open my box and find 2 extra dog treats, and huge beef cheek chews- which is amazing. You guys are an amazing company and I will forsure be ordering again.

Fedex won't come to my house so I always ask for UPS or USPS service. They always accomodate me.
The girl I spoke to was empathetic to my delivery plight, kind, polite and set things up so I could get the product I wanted delivered to my door. That's all I wanted and I got it. I'm not actually sure about the date. I know I waited until a weekday so I could speak to a human.
