I ordered ink cartridges 17th January and still haven't received my order I have emailed them 3 times yet still no ink cartridges even though they took my money would not recommend

Ordered goods and money taken but no order confirmation and nothing arrived 2 weeks later. No replies to contact so will need to claim now for a refund.
Completely agree with other reviewers on here that these reviews look suspect - often from reviewers with no other reviews, poor English, or very similar style.

Excellent customer service
Immediately after ordering a bulk load of ink, my printer broke! I called Valueshop and they immediately cancelled my order and processed the refund. They were professional, friendly and super helpful. I will definitely use in future. Excellent customer service.

Beware of all so called 'positive'…
Beware of all so called 'positive' reviews on this supplier. I would expect most to be be fake. I am still waiting for my order. Valueshop say they did not receive my order as there was a problem with PayPal. Complete and utter rubbish! I sent them a copy of the PayPal transaction and can see the credit card debit has gone through ok. Many emails and calls made and only one email rec'd to say they did not receive my order. Surely someone somewhere can see these reviews and just shut these crooks down?

Due to my ink cartridges out of stock at places i tried came across value shop who had stock at a very good price.i ordered them on a Friday and were delivered on Monday but i wasn't in and due to a mix up with Royal mail which was my fault I rang value shop who sorted it out and I got inks next day.
