Asked and paid for original Jet Tec cartridges, as advertised, was sent remanufactured cartridges, can't do a thing with the printer now it's useless, tried to contact these cowboys but no response won't go near them again.

In August, I mistakenly ordered ink cartridges for the wrong printer. I telephoned Customer Services who said that I should return the cartridges and they would send replacements for the correct printer. This I did but I did not receive any replacement cartridges.. Telephoned again 3 weeks later and was told the same story, but nothing received. Sent an email on 4 October stating the situation and that I was very unimpressed with their service, which before this saga had been impeccable. Tried telephoning Customer Services 3 times since but phone not answered and situation not resolved.

Please sort out - I am getting frustrated!!!

In todays maze of price offers by other retailers ,which can be confusing at times, I have clearly understood what is the best buy for me . Value Shop always succeeds in making the purchase a little easier on the pocket not to speak about the quality of the products. I'll stick with these guys!!

I have always found Valueshop deliver the correct order in a timely fashion. I used to get a 5% discount for subsequent orders but that seems to have stopped now. P&P charges are an issue. I prefer to order larger quantities to spread the cost of P&P but the cost doubles when you spend £50, even though one extra ink cartridge probably doesn't add much weight.

I've used Valueshop for several years as their prices are very competitive. The only thing that gives me pause for thought is their customer service. I get spurious email messages from them every now and again saying my order is on its way when I haven't ordered anything for months. Likewise whenever I try and email customer services with questions I never get any acknowledgement of my query.

Products are always as described and arrive very quickly.It's very easy to use the website and find what you want.They do exactly as they say they will.The one and only time I had an issue it was resolved instantly.No fuss,no dramas.That's what you want.
Would recommend to anyone.

received item on time not tested yet but should be ok as it is being used on a Epson printer [epson paper] will be using the value shop again

I have used Valueshop for several years and always been satisfied with the speed of delivery, I buy compatibles Jettec for my Epson printer and the quality of print is excellent.

I would alway return to ValueShop because they are very reasonably priced and offer a very quick and efficient service
