As always the goods arrived before the email advising of their dispatch - hardly grounds for complaint! Will be ordering again.

I went to that site named after a big long river... I was looking for thermal tape for my label printer... the best I could get was 5-7 days delivery from a third party who wanted 50% of the price of the tape for delivery. I went to page two of the Google results (I do this to find the traders who are trying hard to compete against the big boys) and found valueshop.co.uk offering the tape cheaper and with free delivery so I ordered and paid through PayPal. I really didn't expect it, but it turned up the next day.

Dead easy to find what I wanted, the right price, and fast service. I'll be going back for some inkjet printer cartridges soon,

Have been using valueshop for years, best place for genuine named ink cartridges at usually the most competitive price. Delivery is really quick. I tend to buy the bundled offers as it offers great savings.

I have only used this site once and doubt I will ever use them again. I ordered the wrong set of inks for my mother due to a typo in the model number. I rang Valueshop and when I eventually got through I was given a different return address ( a private house). I sent the inks back untouched and well packed .... and waited, and waited. I was told the refund could take up to 14 days, so I left it 14 days, then 14 working days (22 in total) and still nothing. Many emails later I still have no refund, I've only had 1 emailed reply saying I would get my refund last Monday - HA !
Absolutely shocking service !!
Be warned - it's all great when go well, but if you really do need service it is very poor.
(1 month and counting since returning and still no refund !)

Valueshop consistently gives me low prices. However it can be difficult to communicate with them and get responses to queries. They could also improve their online customer account information.

Prompt and efficient service. On one occasion the wrong ink was sent, but it was replaced without hesitation and I was presented with the extra one, which also fitted my printer. I have used ValueShop for years.

I think this is the first time we have used Value Shop, although we buy this particular ink regularly. We'll be back, price and speed of delivery being of great importance to us. .

I decided to give ValueShop a try as I needed some printer inks. I prefer to buy genuine ones , so I ordered . The inks I wanted were currently out of stock but I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and the inks arrived four days later as promised. I will be ordering all my printing stuff from ValueShop in future. Their prices are very competitive and I found the service Second to None !

I ordered inkjet cartridges and much to my surprise they arrived prior to the estimated date.
The items were well packed.
Excellent service and at a good price compared to other suppliers.

I have been buying my Epson ink jet cartridges from Value shop now for a number of years and for 3 different printers. The Three main reasons for dealing with Value Shop are the ease with which I can identify the inks for my particular model of Epson printer, the speed that I receive then and of course the price. But with with a shop called Value shop you would expect that. I have encouraged many of my friends and members of my local Camera club to try Value Shop and all have been delighted.

I used Valueshop for several years as the printer cartridges are a reasonable price and almost invariably arrived promptly. But when I needed a refund I had to email and ring several times before the refund was finally processed . I'm glad I contacted Valueshop before posting the cartridges off as the returns address is NOT the one on their website (would be helpful if that was put on - I wonder how many returns go astray). Polite but inefficient customer service means we won't be using Valueshop again.

Best value for money I could find for Canon branded ink cartridges. Delivered very promptly. I will use again.
