These guys suck! they seem to have decent stock but the shipping costs are out of control. I bought two small valves and paid £30 shipping. After contacting support after the fact they said there was nothing that could be done and I should have contacted support before finalising the order. Like most people will do that while online shopping. I was told I should not have checked the "residential address" option, even though it was to a residential address. I should have been psychic while shopping. Terrible user experience. I'll be searching hard for alternative supplier in the future.

Advertise products not in stock.
Then charge you 40% to return if incorrect. In my case this was hundreds of pounds.
Poor attitude in communication with pretend deadlines and absolutely no help whatsoever.

Take my advice and shop with a bigger known company with a proper returns policy and ACTUAL stock.
The worst transaction of my career.

Should’ve just stuck with RS components like normal.

This is a back street outfit with limited / no stock and a terrible attitude to customers.

Trust me, shop elsewhere.

Having to claw my money back now through my credit card company.

i went to valves online to buy a few ball valves for a project i was working on and had the valves the next morning! not only did i receive the valves super fast but at the best price online. they were happy to discount my order even on top of their already low prices!
