Worst experience ever ! Car left in perfect condition from Illinois to Las Vegas. Arrived with $3700 damage to roof. Neither Bobby from Van 3 nor Chris Ryan from Lake Shore Recovery who transported my vehicle would pay a dime to have it fixed. I have a number of text messages from Chris saying it’s their responsibility and they will take care of the repair. Send them a estimate. It was sent and then absolutely no more contact . It’s been over 2 months now and nothing to even helps with the repairs. I even asked just for the deductible. My recommendation is please don’t use them. If car arrives ok then they are happy to speak with you but if it has damage they are not. Shame on Bobby from Van3 Countryside Illinois and Chris Ryan from LakeShore Recovery.

I am in Jacksonville FL. I spoke with Bobby and he told me there was no problem getting my car from the tow company and bring it to me in FL. I gave them the information they would need to pick the car up. The agreement was payment would be given at time of delivery there was no problem as long as payment was given to Bobby. When I told them they would get payment at time of delivery all of a sudden they now had a problem getting the car to me. This is the worst place to deal with. They say they can do a job but because they have a small window of time to get a car pick up from somewhere they can not do it? They wanted me to pay up front so glad I did not. They can not do what they say just want your money. DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

The drive was very friendly and answered all of my questions upon pick up. These guys really astonished me with their professionalism and their great prices. I will be using them again in a few months to ship my car back to Chicago.

Their prices were very affordable and most importantly FIXED! Other shippers give you a low price and then when your vehicle is loaded, they ask for more money. The called us the day before pick up in order to schedule a time and they really worked around our schedule. The driver told us he will be in Arizona in three days, and he was right on time! He called me on the second day in order to schedule the delivery for the next day. My car was safely delivered and the driver was very friendly.

I would highly encourage others to try their services. The whole process is very simple and quick. I booked my order directly through their website and it took me less than five minutes. Their website is very easy to navigate and they do not require full payment upfront. I paid a deposit of $199.00 and paid the rest when the vehicle was delivered.
