I ordered parts for my car from them, which didn't fit me. I returned them, paid for shipping, but they never gave me the money for the goods. No one answers emails, the worst company!!!!

From the moment I emailed this company, to the item being delivered was exceptional. I would 110% recommend this company to others they should be very proud of the service they provide. Many thanks Dean.

I was after a replacement roof rack that would be delivered quickly. Found one in stock and that would dispatched same day if ordered before 4pm and in stock according to the website. To which i did order on 7th March. I received a confirmation email informing me this was not in stock and would be dispatched 7 days later on the 13th March. It is now the 18th March and still no roof rack. Tried to call for a new delivery date but no answer. Sent and email to which I got a reply saying out of office today, will reply tomorrow.
I fell like i have been totally miss lead by the website saying it was in stock when it clearly was not. If an item is not in stock in your warehouse or you have correct manufacture stock levels don't put in stock on website as its misleading to customers. If i had of known the item was not in stock, would of ordered elsewhere

Superb communication and service right throughout.
Was wanting to get a tentbox but was unsure what bars to get but everyone at vanarack were so helpful in giving me the right information on choosing the bars.
Once chose the delivery arrived the next day. Fantastic

Very poor after service.
After realising I had ordered a rack roller attachment with the wrong size brackets and roller width (something they admitted was easy to do) they advised me to cut the roller down and they would then sort out some shorter brackets for me.
After cutting the roller (which made the item unreturnable I was then asked for close to £50 for the brackets (the whole roller system only cost me £58)
Very disappointed. The Van guard system is really good it is a quality product but really felt let down by the service from Vanarack.
They started whining about how they were a small family business etc (we are ALL going through tough times at present.
Best to buy from the manufacturer Van Guard , they sorted the brackets out in no time at all and less than half the price.

failed to ensure the product I ordered, on the advice of a representative of a company they claim to do a lot of business with, was suitable
basically told it was my fault for ordering the wrong thing then when I was passed over to her husband was told that I was probably installing it incorrectly.
I was told he would look into it an ring me back, he didn't. I have emailed, no response and when I ring nobody answers I just get told to leave a message

Delivery time excellent. Middle section of the rack was slightly bigger on one side than the other making the installation pretty tricky as the holes between the 3 sections didn't quite line up meaning a lot of faffing about was needed to try and get it all somewhere near square to fix together. Unusual as this is my 5th Rhino rack amd they're so simple to fit normally you can do it with your eyes closed. Got it on and secured eventually but shouldn't have taken anywhere near that long had all parts been correctly sizes.

The VW crafter seat covers with folding middle seat are well made and fit very well. I’m very pleased with them.
