⛔️⛔️⛔️Leased a van which unfortunately…

⛔️⛔️⛔️Leased a van which unfortunately broke down. Vanarama offered no help, no courtesy vehicle, no refund . The van has been off the road for nearly 3 months with no signs of being fixed. They are still taking payments. I now have had to buy a new van to keep my business running. So now paying for 2 vans. Stay away from this company ⛔️⛔️⛔️ if the vehicle fails, you are on your own

Good afternoon, we're very sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with the van. However we are leasing brokers and at the outset of the lease you declined our maintenance plan and chose to self-maintain. This means that our ability to help you is limited. The fact that the vehicle has still not been repaired is a matter for the repairing garage and/or the manufacturer. As a self-maintained vehicle you should approach the garage for a courtesy vehicle. As the broker and not the funder we are also unable to offer a refund as the payments for your vehicle are not made to us but are paid to the leasing company. We have explained this to you in some detail following your complaints to us directly.

Fantastic Service

I placed an order for a van late 2025. The service offered by jamie.fitzgerald-beagley was exceptional.

During the initial sales call, Jamie proposed a number of different solutions to meet the needs of my business. Advising on specific lenders and matching my business requirements to a suitable vehicle.

Unfortunately after placing an order, my vehicle was delayed a build date. This is where Vanarama really put the work in. I received an initial call in relation to the delay and if the time frame would cause me any complications (it would have). After my feedback, Jamie put together a new solution and Vanarama negotiated a fantastic package for a new van.

The van has now been delivered and I'm confused by some other reviews. Its brand new, with a 75 reg and minimal delivery mileage (which has been recorded). The van is spotless and perfect for my needs.

Thank you Jamie and the wider team (Elliot Murphy).

It's been a smooth ride and I'm very happy.

Disappointed with Vanarama

We have used Vanarama before and everything seemed to be going smoothly, but I have just had a phone call to say that all of a sudden they can not source the van ordered at the price we ordered it, even though all the paperwork etc was completed for the lease.
VERY disappointed.
