Jim Pak Personal injury attorney scam law office will never call you back. I spoke to them maybe 5 times in the first 30 days while they sold me on their services and convinced me to sign up with their services. After that? Maybe 2 years before I got a phone call or email returned. They only called me then to say that they were working on a settlement and they got a final offer. They tried cornering me into taking it by saying it was all the insurance was going to offer.
They have asked me write this review numerous times and I tried hinting that it was not a positive experience, but alas they still wanted me to write it.
I ended up with zero money after these guys got a hold of my settlement money. They forgot to pay certain hospital bills/ chiropractic offices. And the best part? The commission they took out of my check was almost 40% - a ridiculously high number.
I would look around before settling on this office. There are multiple offices around that offer personal injury help. I even called a few after none of my calls were returned and guess what they said? They didnt really want to say anything bad, but they did inform me that Jim Pak is known in the community for scamming people to try and get as much money as possible. How do you think they afford their Bentleys and mansions that they live in?
