Hangzhou Vanfond Imp and Exp Co Ltd is BAD

We ordered thousands of parts from this company and after a few timeline broken promises and miscommunications, we received the shipment, which turns out to be completely different from what we paid for, and when trying to use some of it, even that part of the order turned out to be faulty, with over 80% of components actually do not work.
Cartridges simply don't work!
It's like this company just simply does not care.
The company, especially owner or worker called Cathlee ( who goes by sales at vanfond) ghosted us and simply does not return emails or messages
