My observations on Van Gogh live in…

My observations on Van Gogh live in Edinburgh.
The pros:-
Good visuals,music and toilets
The Cons:-
My wife and I are in our sixties so dont what to sit on the floor.loads of space but very
few benches.Just could not enjoy the show whilst getting a bad back stuck in one place for an hour.
Very expensive entry, would have been better value if some genuine paintings on display, souvenirs too expensive.
Could not smell any sensory smells?
Sunflower room is a complete con.

Not family friendly

Not family friendly. Nothing for 2-4 year olds to do. Staff expect children to be seen not heard. Audiovisual at best, not multi-sensory. Poor customer service.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience.. don’t waste your money. It was packed .. with children and babies screaming and crawling round in the dark .. . noisy .. no staff in evidence. It was absolutely impossible to appreciate or enjoy the experience. Health and safety issues ..

Terrible experience at Van Gogh live…

Terrible experience at Van Gogh live would highly recommend that you don’t waste your money. It was like being at an unsupervised crèche, babies crawling around in the dark, you had to step over them and small children running all over the place, the cheesy classic hits playlist couldn’t drown out the screaming and crying, which might have been the parents??? no staff present to intervene. Very badly organised and over crowded!
